Natural Way Lawn & Tree Service

Services provided as promised. Only complaint is that core aeration was a little rough on the lawn and left a few patches.

They were on time and very professional

Customer service handled my calls appropriately. The service techs were always pleasant when visiting the property. And treatment for insects did work.

They walked me through the process and transformed my lawn. And now I have the lawn the neighbors want :)

minimum was done. they did their standard set of treatments. virtually no improvement to lawn. paid the full season in advance. BIG mistake

Not good with the lawn-On three different occasions, the technician applied fertilizer unevenly and burned my lawn resulting in me have to replace sections with new sod. Natural Way refunded payments for two applications, but did not repair my lawn (nor did they offer to pay for any repairs). As a result, I cancelled my service for the remainder of the year. The tree service was ok but expensive.

We pay on an annual basis so we pay a one time fee upfront for a package deal. I think they come 7 times. I have talked to them that their clean up after the applications need to be thorough because we live in a lake community. I don't personally don't live next to the lake but all of our drains run into culverts that go into the lake. There is always materials left on the driveway, and in the roadway, and on the patios. They really need to take care of that cleanup. So I find myself out there with the blower afterwards trying to clean it up.

I had service with them for the last two years. I fired them in June. They did everything we asked, fertilizer 6 times a year, airriate the yard. They did everything when I called them, but I kept seeing weeds pop up and my yard transforming in front of my eyes. I bought it with the best yard in the sub and sold it with the worst yard in the sub, we are still trying to fix it for the new owners.

I am not very pleased with them. We have used them for years. We stopped using them. I just wasn't happy with them, but I've used them for so long. Which doesn't make sense. They could improve their responsiveness, definitely. They were supposed to come out and take a look at my lawn and it took them too long to come out. It took them 2 weeks or so to come out and look at my lawn. It is a big company and I think they need better communication between the people that are working for you. I think the price was okay. No, I would not use them again.

All they do is come out and do fertilizer and weed killer, and my grass is not thriving. They do what they say they are going to, but I wouldn't rave about them or anyone I've used in the past.

We have used Natural Way for several years. We have been overall disappointed, especially the last two years. Our lawn continues to grow more weeds as well as the different, harmful grass varieties have taken root in our lawn and are spreading. They seem to push more and more services, rather than advise exactly what we can do to improve the lawn and landscaping. They used to have a certified arborist on staff, but I'm not sure that is the case any longer. To be fair, I have not expressed my disappointment lately, but when I do, I will update my review.

OK. Some of their technicians have been very helpful and have gone over specific issues with me to help increase my knowledge and resolve the issues. It is difficult to reach them though, as you have to call the main office, and it sometimes takes them awhile to get back to you. The thing I am most disappointed in is the cost. It went from a rate of around $400 last year to $600 this year, despite the same services. They also advertise a $50 credit to both you and a neighbor for referrals, but neither I or my neighbor have seen this credit, (we initiated services in the spring of 2016) and I asked the company to look into it again recently. The knowledge of their technicians is excellent.

FRAUD AND HARASSMENT: I used Natural Way lawn chemical service for a few years. I decided not to use them this year and contracted and prepaid with another provider. Natural Way West came out to my house and did a fertilizer treatment anyway and then billed me for it. They said that they automatically renew all of their customers every year whether they want the service or not. I said that I never agreed to any type of auto-renew for their service and never provided informed consent to renew the service every year. They said it did not matter. Now they bill me and harass me constantly over paying for this one service. They add $1 for every month I do not pay. When I was a new customer, they sent an email warning me to ensure that I cancel with my previous fertilizer provider because some services auto-renew every year. They never said that THEY auto-renew every year though. They clearly do not want their customers to know that they do this. I never agreed to an ongoing year-over-year contract. I never agreed to pay for any services in 2017. They harass me constantly over email, text, mail, and phone. Sometimes they call me 4 times a day over this $40 service bill. This is harassment and fraud. I did not agree to pay for these services. Everything went fine. They now use a motorized riding machine to make applications to the lawn.

They come 6 times during the summer. I think they have been here 3 times already. They are doing a very good job for me. I would use them in the future.

We have nothing negative to say. They are low key and do the work they are hired for. By design, we have minimal communication with them. Only if there are issues with the lawn and the one time there was they responded and fixed it.

I like that I can customize my service if needed. Very helpful and professional.

They're good. They're kind of on the expensive side, but my trees have improved. I wish they were cheaper. It's quite a chunk every time they come out here. They do call back right away. They are very professional.
