Natural Way Lawn & Tree Service

They have done a wonderful job with my lawn. They took a marginal lawn and have made it lush and healthy. My only complaint is that it is so healthy now it needs to be cut more often.

They do six treatments throughtout the year and I have never had a problem with them.

They were priced competitively, provided quick responses to concerns about lawn issues and gave suggestions on what to do to remedy the situation. Quick reply for pest control and solved the black ant problem. The ants returned a few weeks later and they dealt with them at no additional cost to me, problem solved.

Lawn looked great last summer, best ever. While we didn't have a huge pest problem, the pest service removed ants, spiders and other insects. Very good company and people to work with. Worth the premium.

Noticed an improvement in our lawn after we first started with them. I appreciate that they always call to let us know the day before they are coming, That helps a lot when you have a dog.

They do a good job and are good about not getting the fertilizers on the driveway and sidewalk. That was one of my biggest pet peeves with other companies.

Provided comprehensive plan to turn my struggling lawn into a thick green lawn.

They never miss a month, send an email explaining what is going to happen each month, the service professional puts a note in my door telling what was done and recommending anything additional. I can call them up to make changes and they are always polite and professional.

Because I have a dog, they notified me before each application. Overall, my lawn looked good and the weeds were under control.

They call me prior to coming out (I have a dog), arrive when they are supposed to and address any of my questions/concerns. I will use them again this coming 2014 season. Very pleased!

This is the third lawn service we've had in 10 years, and they are better than the others we've had. Our lawn still seems to have some issues at the height of the summer, but overall it's done better with Natural Way than other providers. I do wish they would offer more suggestions of things I can do on my own to help my lawn; I think I pay a lot (almost $1000 a season) and I would think that would buy some suggestions from them. As I say, my lawn pretty obviously has issues over the course of a season (brown/bare spots, thinning, etc) and it would be nice if they could offer some suggestions on the paperwork they leave rather than the generic "thank you for your business, enjoy your lawn!" messages. But, again, the lawn has done better with them than with other providers.

Natural Way is above average in all respects, unfortunately, including price. Yes, I will likely use them again next year, you pretty much get what you pay for.

We've used Natural Way for 3 summers so far, I believe. I'm still waiting for them to call me back so I can prepay for 2014. Service is usually pretty good and they do return to spray weeds if the regular treatments weren't enough.

Natural Way makes my lawn look very good, but I am concerned that the price has grown well beyond that of competent competitors.

We have used them for a number of years and for the most part have been happy with their service of our trees. We do have a fenced in backyard and a big dog, and there have been times when the lawn service technician would place the fertilizer down without picking up the dog toys that may be laying in the yard. Since they do not notify you when they are coming we did not always know when they would show in an effort to pick up the toys for the safety of our dog. The only other issue I have is their pricing, however I have not compared with their competitors(which I plan to do now before the start of the next season) to ensure that I am getting good value for the service. We currently pay approx. $1400/year for trees and lawn (7 lawn applications @ $99 and 5 tree applications @$95 and 1 root feeding for $263).

They are truly Great so far as Lawn & Tree Service Goes._x000D_| but ....._x000D_|My biggest gripe [& I am to the point where I may decide not to renew after 2014 because of this] is that They continually "Jack-Up" Their Prices every single Season. This really up-sets Me.

We have used Natural Way for a LONG TIME now - They are THE BEST at what they do.

I switched to Natural Way in 2013. Service was provided as expected and the lawn looked healthy all year. The company focused on providing the service I requested and kept their marketing of additional services to a minimum. This last point was appreciated .

things started well but they kept wanting to add services. Our trees and shrubs started deteriorating and when contacted their response was that they couldn't do anything until spring. Our grass got so diseased that we ended up re-sodding it last fall. Our weeping cherry is so far gone that it will have to be replaced this spring.|

The price difference they claim is the higher "golf course" grade products they use. Whatever it is, it is worth it. Highly recommend them.

This is after trying 2 or 3 other providers which did not work out at all. Natural Way is always prompt, professional and at a reasonable cost. I have 1.2 acres and my lawn has never looked better! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get the best lawn at the best price.

They did not correctly make the pre-call and used their machinery on brand new sod. They ripped up the sod and then claimed we had over-watered it (it had been a rainy week). If they had simply made the 24hr pre-call, we could have warned them not to go in the backyard. Other than this incident, we used them for the last 3 years with no problems. However, this incident has soured me on the company and I will no longer be using them (more so because of their reaction to their own mistake).

I am not the kind of person who complains about stuff. They happen to call me one day and inquire about the quality of the service. I told them about the burn marks and they said they would come out to look, so we set up an appointment date and time. On the day of the appointment, I came home to a note on the door which stated that no burn marks could be found. There was clearly a 5 foot long burn mark in both the front and back yards. I wasn't asking for money or a discount. This disappointed me enough to cancel the entire service in the future. I can certainly understand that they probably get people looking to get free service by complaining. However, they called me and I never even suggested a discount or free service for my trouble. Very disappointing. However, I do want to say that I also had aeration (early and late), tree care, grub control, mosquito control and sprinkler winterization done by them and they were exceptional in those respects. However, the fertilization service ruined it for me.
