They do a good job and if they happen to miss some weeds they will come back and take care of it. Also give senior discounts.

I was very, very pleased. They offered me a wonderful rate for the entire season and not for they did. They offered anything than other company was offering. I was very happy so far. The lawn looks great. The lawn is thickening. Overall, I would give them A+. I would give them A+ across the board.

The work was done professionally and on scheduled time. So far happy with the results.

All of the stuff they use in the yard is all natural and it won't harm pets that you have, and also they were honest. We asked about different pesticides to kill certain bugs and insects and they told us which ones they would recommend for our area, so we weren't just paying for something we didn't need. I will use them again in the future.

The service has been good. They have only been out once this season but we have had them out all of last year. Their quality is fair.

It turned out great! They're very reliable and very responsive to our needs. Anytime we've called them and asked to help us out with anything, they've always come right out and taken care of it for us. We've had them for a couple of years.

They are very professional, very informative and very pleasant to deal with either by phone or via email. The technician came and did a good job and he left. He did what he was supposed to do and he did it really quickly and professionally.

I think the pricing is pretty high. I have been a customer for a very long time (3-4 years) and would think they would be willing to give more of a discount. However, the quality of their work is so good that I am willing to stick with them. They are very responsive and willing to come out and inspect any issues I have.

It was my first application so can't rate higher at this time.

There services were excellent, so I have hired them again this year. Their office staff was much more friendly yet more professional than the "big name" service.

My lawn is beautiful, weed free, healthy, and very green! Natural Way always met their commitments and fertilized on time. My only negative feedback is that their price is higher than most and probably too high for me to continue.

Good service provider however can complete the same services with the same results myself significantly cheaper. The techs were very punctual and professional, couldn't have asked for anything better.

The lawn looks better than when I did it myself. If I have any problem they come out within a day or two of my call and address the issue.

Fertilizing is natural they claim but weeding has unnatural insecticides etc. When there were brown spots we thought there might be grubs. Owner came out and shoveled the grass off in different spots. There weren't any bugs crawling around so it wasn't grubs. Done a good job for a reasonable price. Happy with them.

We have used Natural Way for the past 2 years and have been very satisfied.

We have two large dogs and I have always been concerned about using pet-safe products to fertilize and treat any specific issues. I saw another neighbor using their services, stopped and talked to the technician who gave me great information on products they use and how to protect our pets and get our lawn back to beautiful. Though we started with Natural Way late in the season in 2013, we agreed on a complete program for 2014. I'm confident this year will bring out lawn back to the beautiful lawn we've had in the past. I highly recommend.

They are very reliable on their scheduled lawn treatments, leave detailed messages with advice and condition of lawn. This will be our third year with them.

They treated my lawn spring, summer, & fall. Their visits were always preceded by a phone call. They were prompt. My lawn looks great.

Tree service is great. Perimeter pest not so much. There were several occasions over about 5 years where immediately after the pest control application we had a large ant infestation. Discontinued the perimeter pest control spring of 2013 and didn't have any bug problems.

I paid up front - they applied (I think) 5 applications to the front and back lawn. I have nothing bad to say. My lawn still has many problems. I am hoping after using them again this year that there will be a more obvious improvement.

They do a very nice job and have never missed an appointment. However I find that I have a few more weeds in certain parts of my property vs my previous service provider. I went with them since they are locally based.

I called Natural Way because our lawn looked like it had been chewed up, with spots of moss and strange grasses and a few bare spots. I chose the program that was a mix of organic and inorganic methods and following the Natural Way instructions on care -- mow high, water deeply but not too frequently, the lawn began to improve by the end of the 2013 season. I received a reminder call before each application of fertilizer and/or insect control. Paying for treatments is convenient as Natural Way has a website where you can easily create an account with password to make payments. Another thing I particularly liked was that almost all the treatments occurred early in the morning, took less than a half-hour and were completed by leaving me a detailed explanation of what treatment had been applied, what I needed to do next, and the name of the technician applying the treatment. After this year's brutal winter, I can safely say the lawn, even at this early stage (March 2014) looks better than it did at this time in 2013, before natural Way started their program. I'm looking forward to seeing additional improvements this year, and have already contracted with them to begin support of our foundational plantings which are rhododendron bushes beginning this (2014) fall.
