Natural Way Lawn & Tree Service

I like that the chemicals used were more natural because we have kids around. Their price was competitive.

They were fine. They project is real good. The prices are reasonable and the are consistent.

For the lawn treatment it was okay but for pest control, they charged me and never got rid of the moles. I did not hire them back this year. I would tell a friend that they did not follow through their commitment with me. I had a bad experience.

Obviously after the first visit I can't fairly review the overall quality of the treatments performed. However I would just comment that I had hoped for a higher level of professionalism and communication with the technician prior to the service, particularily as this was our first service from this company. We did not receive any advance notice for the technicians arrival and thankfully had nothing planned outside at that time. Subsequent to this treatment we also had a deep root fertilization performed with similar circumstances as above. I will be monitoring my yards appearance because if its not looking fantastic, I have no other reason to stick with them as their level of personal service is definitely lacking.

They come out multiple times during the summer. Our yard is a 3/4 of an acre yard so it's a little bigger yard so our price is a little bit higher. They do a really good job just making sure our lawn stays clean. When we first contracted them the beginning of last year, we had quite a few broadleaf weeds and some issues with grubs and overall, the lawn had dead spots and such. Over the last two years of them providing fertilization, our grass has greened up. We don't have nearly as many weeds in our lawn. We got the grubs under control.

They are good and we would use them again in the future.

The service turned out pretty good. I do a lump sum payment and then they come and do all of the applications. The service was fine.

The service turned out very well. I have had them for about 3 years. I have a big yard in the front, and I have a triple lot in the back. I don't like the spray fertilizer, so they use the dry. They are very accommodating, and they leave a detailed report. They always call before they come, because I have a dog. I use them every year.

I haven't had any problems. I don't sign up for everything, I pay as I want to. We don't have any mushrooms that are growing, so I guess they are doing a good job. I use them because they say they are natural, and I willing to pay extra just for that purpose. They are not pushy about whatever services they offer. I have never asked them to come at a particular time, so they come when they have to. They are professional.

The service was okay. The thing I didn't like about the service, was that they use a power fertilizer spreader, and left a tyre marks and ruts in my lawn which I don't like. I prefer the companies that use hand spreaders.

The work turned out good. We have the best lawn in the neighborhood.

We have used them for a few years now. They come out periodically, and I am not at home when they come out. I have had some concerns with them, which they claim are not their responsibility, and in the long term, I will be looking for another company. The service is generally good, but what I don't like about them, is that they tend to sometimes tear up my yard with their equipment.

The service was super, the lawn has not looked better. I have a contract with them.

The service turned out fine. They have done everything we asked. They have come back for extra treatments when there was a problem, they have sent technicians, out when there were problems, and they have been easy to work with. They call us before they come, because we have kids, so we can move their toys from the lawn. They seem to be consistent. I feel like I know the person who does my lawn, so it is nice. They do an automatic renewal, without asking me, and just prebill me, and a lot of times, that bill is significant. I call them and say this is a lot more than last season, and I explain to them that I am not signing up at that price, and then they work with me on the price at that point.

They do good service. They come out in the spring for the first application.

It wasn't as good as I had hoped. They have come out a couple of times. The weeds were really bad, and needed a couple of application. When I called, they came out and addressed the issues. The communication was good on their application. They have done 4 or 5 applications. It started in May, and they came out every 6 weeks.

They were horrible. I recommend them to my worst enemy. I would never use them again in the future.

I have used this provider for 10 years and have had great experience until the last 2-3 years. The services were provided per agreement and timely; however, when there were issues with trees and lawn they were not proactive to advise of issue and what to do about it. This goes for multiple trees that died due to disease maples with mangense problem and lawn that has weed problem along with brown patch disease. After my maples having manganese problem for multiple years, they finally suggested last month to treat them. The trees have not changed for years. Also, had 4 junipers that died due to disease. When I finally got them to come out, they said trees had diseas and would not recover. I had to replace all 4 trees. I had them due to antiransparent spray on trees in October which did not work. I have many trees that have died and/or are in bad shape. The tree person has never said anything about the trees/shrubs after seeing them twice. I had to call and ask them what to do. I know there is nothing they could do but lets be proactive and address the situation. On lawn, I currently have brown patch but has anyone said anything about it? No, I am treating this myself now. Also, treating weed problem that I have had for years. I sent a detailed letter to owner Keith Fetzner on June 28 via fax with no response. I send the same letter via email on July 7 with no response. I finally decided to cancel, sent note via website. They cancelled service but never reached out to me. After paying close to $5,000 over 10 years you would think they would have reached out. I am in the customer service industry and this is unacceptable. Take this review for what it is worth. This the first review I have ever done and only am doing it as you need to know about how they treat a 10 year customer.

We have a yearly contract for fertilization. They are always timely, leave the appropriate paper work on the door and signs in the yard. We occasionally have had a weed pop up. They come out in a very reasonable time to take care of the issue.

I don't know yet if it works. I wasn't there. They seemed interested in helping me out. Pricing was good.

They're quite expensive compared to other services. I paid $428 and last year I aid $379 so it went up quite a bit. I don't know if I'll have them again because they moved my picnic table and I couldn't get around to my trash can. They come and go. You can get them when you need them and they respond.

After some terrible customer service experiences with TruGreen, I started looking for another lawn care service. I have animals that often spend time in my yard, including eating my yard (my dog loves grass). I was drawn to Natural Way because of their use of environmentally-friendly chemicals, which are less likely to hurt my dog. I was skeptical, however, because very often the effectiveness of 'natural' products isn't as good as the harsher chemicals. In this case I was VERY pleased. Natural Way is now on their third year treating my lawn and it has never looked better in the last ten years!! Their service is good, although it's been a 'set it and forget it' service. They come when they need to, bill me and debit me automatically. On the rare occasions that I need to speak to their representatives I have found them to be polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Aeration went smoothly. They notified me a day in advance to mark our invisible fence.
