Natural Way Lawn & Tree Service

We have used them in the past and the results have always been very good. They cost more because of the products they use but the natural products were just as effective as the chemicals used by other companies. With kids and dogs we are concerned about the type of chemicals used n the yard and the effect on the environment.

Very professional company with a lot of contact via phone. They are eager to get their service completed. I can't speak to the efficacy because it is late in the season and not enough time has elapsed between the treatment and the review. I'm not an expert on pest control costs but we had a guy on the East Side who charged have as much and his service worked like a charm against spiders et al. Overall they seem to be very reputable. I'm sure others can speak to the quality of the chemicals they use.

They fertilized the yard as promised, gave a good discount for pre-paying, occasionally contacted me for additional services (which I didn't do) Grass was nice and green and 99% weed free. One thing, I asked them not to apply pesticide on lawn, even the free one. First application they put on they put pesticide applied signs in my yard, I wasn't happy about that. I emailed them and they acted like it wasn't a big deal, and said they didn't apply any but are required to put the signs in anyhow. I'm was left unsure. Also it seemed they always applied the fertilizer when it rained. I'm sure our lake ended up with most of the fertilizer flowing into it.

They did okay. They do it quarterly. They could lower their price. They're a good company.

We've used them for the last 5 or 6 years. I pay annually and I get the discount at the beginning of the year. They don't use phosphates so it's a little more friendly. They don't use phosphates in their fertilizer.

They did the service throughout the summer. It was $40 a visit.

I've been using them for 4 years. I've had them for 4 or 5 years. I've always had my grass fertilized four times a year. This year, I got weeds. They told me that to get rid of weeds, I have to fertilize it 7 times a year. I probably won't be using them next year.

I've been using them for a couple of years now. They're reliable and reasonable. Sometimes when they disperse the product, it scatters all over the driveway. I have a senior discount so it seems to be reasonably priced.

They did good. They've been doing it for the last three years. They did a good job.

They did the work all summer long. I signed up for the whole season's service and they did it. They're pretty responsive. The interactions I had with them were fine.

Please see above I will never use them again, Far to much hassle and they did not provide the service I paid for, I should not have to go to Ace Hardwarde and buy weed killers to fix the stuff that I pay them for.

Techs got behind during the summer and then tried to play catch-up in the fall by coming every 2 weeks to over-apply both fertilizer and weed-killer each visit (at $86/per). A manager came out and told me he'd send someone out to reseed places where the over-application had burned holes in the lawn. Tech came out in September and literally threw some grass seed on top of the burned areas. I requested they come back out and apply the seed properly, along with topsoil. By the time that was done, my sprinkler system had been shut down and it's late-October...too late to germinate. Very disappointed with services. Not what I was led to believe.

After installing a sprinkler system and new sod I decided to contract a reputable service to fertilize. I've been using Natural Way for a couple of years. The lawn has done well with their treatments. However, last year, 2014, I noticed "skid marks" left by the technician in several areas of my year. (Natural Way uses large heavy riding power equipment.) I asked that they used more caution in the future. Again earlier this year I found more "skid marks: in my yard. And again I asked the they use more care in the future. Last Friday morning, 8/28/2015, the skid marks were so severe that the lawn will not be able to repair itself. Then in the afternoon the aeration technician left skid marks so severe that of bare soil was uncovered. At one location a 5 foot length dirt track was left. I called a complained. Natural Way sent a man out with a rake and some grass seed. What is needed is re-soding several areas along with tamping down the ruts to level the yard back out.

I had contacted this company to provide organic lawn care for my lawn. I spoke to the salesman about organic lawn care, asking questions about organic lawn care - all i was interested in was organic lawn care. He answered my questions and gave me a quote. Again - all we spoke about was organic lawn care - that was it. After reviewing his quote against one of his competitors, i decided to sign up for their service. When the technician showed up to do the first application - i made sure i was home - as i had more questions. The very first question i asked him was, "so you're spraying the organic solution today?" I was then told that he was instructed to apply the traditional, or whatever they call it, solution. Not the organic. Out of curiosity, i asked him to give me a price on the organic - you know the stuff i asked for in the beginning? He told me it was about double from what i was told i would pay. At that point i informed him that i did not want him to do anything. I immediately went inside my house and called the company and informed them that i would not be using their service. I got a call - why are you cancelling - so i explained - well you lied to me - you obviously tried to pull the old bate & switch. Initially they tried to explain that it was a misunderstanding, etc. But that too was a lie. Over the next 2-3 weeks, i got at least 3 more phone calls & emails. I had to explain to several people at this company that because they lied to me, there was no way i was going to do business with them - despite the fact that they kept offering lower prices - even to the point of giving me what i asked for - at the price they originally told me it would be. Finally they got the message on the last call - i emphatically told the guy that no one else needed to call me. After having lied to me, they seemed extremely over zealous to get me back as a customer. Perhaps if they would put that much effort into not lying to their customers - they wouldn't have to go to such efforts to keep customers?

They do a great job. I'm very satisfied with their work! I have been with them for 3 years now. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Their products are organic and the customer service is good.

I think I'm scheduled for 4 applications per year; 3 in the Summer and one right before the Winter. I spend a little over $72.60 per application. I can call them in between treatment with no charge if I have an issue.

They do a great job. My yard looks great. I haven't had any problems. If I have an issue, I'd call them and they'd come here. The customer service is great. Everything I ask them to do, they do. They're basically compatible with everybody else. They're totally responsive. I've only had one or two issues and I'd call them up and they take care of it.

They sprayed for fungus after they identified that that was what it was because my grass wasn’t greening. The fungus problem with my grass seems to be taken care of and I will see how it turns out this year. They get the job done. I think the price is a little high. I contracted with them again this year.

They have made one visit this year and it has turned out pretty well so far. That was free of charge. They made a bunch of recommendations but I didn’t think it was necessary. The soil has got a high concentration of clay and sand and they recommended that I have an organic fertilizer put down. The service has been pretty satisfying.

The service has been fine. Scheduling the service is fine. They do inform me. I do not have to worry about my lawn. They are fine to work with. There are no issues.

The service worked out really good. It was fine. I think they just do a really good job. We have not had any problems with anything. If we do, we call them and they come back out and check things out. Our interaction with them has been good. They are all very personable. There is no set time. They just come. We are planning to use them again.

They are great. They will be doing it again this year. They are professional and everything turns out right.

They're great. I like that they're a green company. I don't dislike anything about them.
