Excellent work and responsiveness. If there is a problem it is addressed rapidly and completely. There was only one issues over several years.

Lawn looks much better than it did before. Will continue to hire them for lawn fertilization.

It went very well. Very professional and polite. We now have them out on a scheduled basis. The results have been great! Since using the service we have not seen any spiders or bugs in our home.

I have been pretty happy with my lawn service overall, however I used to get personalized messages about my lawn condition when I started with the company, and I noticed that this no longer occurs. I get generic statements hung on my door. This was an indicator that the quality of customer service was falling, but lets get real- I just want a lawn service that uses more environmentally friendly products to make my lawn look bangin'. My tenants at my other property called me very upset last night stating that they are infesting with "flying ants". Without getting into the details, the company basically jerked me around all morning only to tell me (after three hours of waiting to hear back from them and me having to initiate further communications) that they would get to me within a few business days. Obviously, open ended scheduling was not going to work in this situation. I noted that since I was a pest control customer, I expected a more timely response as their work is guaranteed. Then they told me that the exterior spray )that was scheduled for an in-determinant number of business days from now) would not in fact solve the issue of flying ants and was therefore not covered. Um, what? Why would I want this? Having told them about the flying ants from the beginning, I questioned the entire process and lack of tangible solutions that they were providing me. The people I spoke with were nice enough, but their customer response policy is below my expectations. I called another pest control company, and the woman on the phone called her service technicians to see if someone could help me ASAP. When we hung up the phone, I had a solid date on the calendar. I didn't have to call back. I didn't have to beg, barter or steal. She just listened to my problem and gave me an immediate solution. It's not astrophysics... So it was then that I decided that Natural Way and I needed to part ways for all business dealings. I want a company that stands by its work and helps me with urgent issues an in effective and timely fashion. I no longer feel that Natural Way fulfills either of these requirements. The lawn fertilization has been fine. Is it safe for your kids to eat? I can't answer that because mine haven't tasted it. My dog didn't die from it so I guess that is a plus. My lawn looks nice, but I am pretty sure any number of companies can get you there. I spent a significant amount of money with Natural Way over these last few years and I expected a higher level of service from them than what I received. So I left.

After they came out and did their application my lawn started to turn brown and the grass died. I also have had problems with weeds. I do not recommend their service unless you want a bad looking lawn

Very Good - They took (basically) weeds and some grass (with tons of insects) and made it a beautiful lawn. It took a year, but it was worth it. I have a very large lawn, so it does cost $130 an application. However, I know they are very affordable for smaller lawns.

After last application I had several stripes of burnt out lawn in the pattern of most likely what the technician would travel. When I called for a consult the mgr came out and we were told it was from our mowing and/or walking on the lawn. The pattern of burn out was not where we walk nor how we mow the lawn. Then he said it was from heat stress due to the wheels of the spreader when the technician applied. I was told I needed another treatment caused by the burn out....and now I have a stripped yard. And asked to pay more $. I've asked for a refund from my prepd acct, minus a $ 35 fee, so I'm being penalized for the technician's error. Cancelled acct. A professional company would admit they made a mistake, try to remedy as best they could and not want to charge me more for their error. But according to the mgr we caused the issue. I've written good reviews on this company in the past, but the lack of customer service and honestly leads me to believe they have changed their mgmt and how they work......let's do things as cheap as possible with no customer service. I also used them for insect control and they did a good job.

Not good. They ignored a direct phone request of mine. I was out of town for several days and my yard was extremely dry and stressed due to my irrigation system being brojen. I arrived home to see their technician finishing up an application of fertilizer and grub control plus one other application. My grass was burnt in several areas afterwards. I canceled my service.

They came out the following week and the insects (ants) are now gone.

This is the second season with them, and i discontinued the service. In 2015, I prepaid for teh service, and while not perfect, my lawn looked healthy. I called several times regarding weeds, and although they left signs saying weeds were treated, they never seemed to get ahead of the weeds. In 2016, I did NOT prepay; they applied a spring fertilizer and per-emergent, and the grass was green, however, I had many broad leaf weeds and dandelions in the grass; May 21, 2016: An account manager (Greg) came out ; He and I walked the lawn, discussed the problems (broad leaf weeds, creeping charlie, wild violet, etc). I explained that I was willing to PAY to have the weeds treated over and above the cost of the fertilization - I asked for a quote; he stated that he would spray that day, and would follow up in 2 weeks to see how things looked. June 15, 2016: Grub Control and fertilizer applied; My lawn has deteriorated severely since that treatment; I NOW have yellow spots and dead areas that were green before the application; Weeds are still prevalent and thriving; So much so that on June 24th I cancelled my service. At this point I cannot recommend them; it seems (based on their radio advertising) that they are focused on growing the customer base, but not focusing on their product. I will be fertilizing the lawn myself for the rest of the season in an attempt to bring it back to a reasonable level.

Service techs courteous and knowledgable. Office staff argumentative and nasty in call Mon May 23. Field manager was great. Office schedule service after I cancelled it despite manager's promise of call with service alternatives. Office apparently not interested in customer retention.

It went great and we've seen no ants since. We did purchase the annual contract with quarterly visits and look forward to seeing Natural Way Lawn, Tree, and Pest Service again in August. I am considering them for a lawn fertilizer program as well.

Based on the interior/exterior inspection, they believe the carpenter ants are somewhere on the roof and solving the problem would require a professional roofer and roof inspection ... including potential removal of shingles and underlayment. They do not offer this service because they cannot replace the roofing materials once removed. I believe this was a very honest and fair assessment, as I don't want to have a bigger problem than I have now. The technician advised they could coordinate work with a roofer if we could arrange for them to be there same-day. Because nothing was done, I was not charged the $49 fee which was also very fair and I appreciate that. I will use this company again if the need arises.

It went good. It costs $47 for a treatment. They do weed control but around my deck and some of the border areas they didn't seem to really spray that very well. We just kind of cut back.

It was fine. We just wanted to try some products that we found on our lawn but their service was fine.

We do have to call back every now and then because they've missed parts. I call them once and they came. They were punctual. I called them asking for an arborist to come out and they sent somebody who told me that our 30 year old tree which had been doing very well for the past 30 years wasn't getting enough sunlight and that was the problem with it and I didn't think so. So I question sometimes how well trained some of the people are. They seem sometimes to be trained to solve a service rather than diagnose a problem. The people that come out and do our lawn do a nice job. I don't think they are the first company I'd call if I were having a plant or tree problem. They are a little pricier than some of the others.
