Description of Work: "I decided to use Natural Way at a newly purchased foreclosed home in an effort to get the lawn to a presentable and healthy state. After submitting an estimate request through their website, I was contacted within 24 hours. I explained the condition of the lawn and was told I would begin to see results within two weeks (""a dramatic difference"" as I was told). It wasn't until probably the third treatment/third month where I began to notice a difference. | |Their guarantee is fantastic. I requested a second treatment because I noticed some weeds still lingering and they were out within 48 hours to apply another treatment. I did request that during my aeration treatment the technician evaluate my lawn for grubs and based on the fact I received zero comments on my statement, I take that to mean the technician never did it. May not be his fault. Might be the spotty attention to detail of the guy in Chicago that called and asked me if I wanted the aeration treatment. I do also wish that the technicians would provide more comments and what was on the sheets coincided with what you find in your online profile. | |I will use Natural Way next season just to see what one full season of treatments with them brings to my lawn."

Description of Work: Natural Way has been fertilizing and controlling weed growth my lawn since 2007. They have also treated my large and small trees. Their service has been great! They have followed my request to spread the fertilizer by hand to prevent tire marks in my lawn when the sod was new. My lawn never looked this good. Several of my neighbors have hired them after seeing the results on my lawn. I am very satisfied
