It was fine. I would recommend it. They've always been on time, courteous, and really good. We would use them

They are great. I love them. They do what they say they are going to do and they do it on time. They are always courteous and professional. When I don’t want additional services, they take no for an answer.

I am very happy with how it worked out. It was a yearly fee. My advice to others would be to try them, you will like them.

Their prices seem to increase every time and the level of services decrease. I barely have contact with the workers.

It's okay. I believe there was some extra service that I did not request. In my past dealing with these companies same with others, they basically just come out and do their service and make you pay for it. The actual service itself is okay. They come when they want to come.

Very good. I still use them. They do a great job. Their pricing is right in line. They are very professional. They always call prior to the day they come as a reminder and do an overall good professional job.

The lawn looks good. They come when they say they're going to come and they call ahead of time.

I've had them for five or six years now. They do good work. They come monthly. They charge $50 a visit. They're very good. They show up to do the work. I get an e-mail every month with a report on what they've done. I've hardly ever had to call them up, but when I do they're very good. Their professionalism has improved quite a bit, it's pretty good.

It went decent. They do decent service and have a competitive price.

It went great! They have been coming out for a while. Once a week or once a month, something along those lines. Not sure what the price is. We don’t really have a set time.

They have been good. They are a little expensive. I have been using them for years. They are very efficient. My trees are healthy.

I've been using them for awhile now. They come out quarterly. They are usually doing the lawn while I'm gone, so it's hard to say about their professionalism. However, the lawn always looks great and I will continue to use them.

They are average. I didn't feel they treated me fair. Or even treated my entire yard. Their product didn't treat as well as other companies. They state their products are safer and more natural than others, however, they still put the signs up that state you can't walk on it until it's dry, etc. What's the point of paying extra for something that's supposed to be safer, but is still a chemical you can't walk on. I wasn't pleased with them so I suspended service with them. They were double the price that I paid from another company. I would grade them an "F" on professionalism as they called you to call me. Which I think is incredibly inappropriate and rude. I would never use them again.

It was not very good. It was a little bit shaky. They put a big burn streak right across the lawn when they fertilized it. At times, they never came on time. Sometimes, they didn't call. They didn't come on time they said they were going to come. I would wait about a week and a half later which was a poor service. I'm not going to use them anymore. I'm disappointed. They should come on time. They came one day to fertilize and the next day, they came to do the aeration.

I like the fact that they call me in advance if it's not convenient in the particular day. They're willing to reschedule for another day. When they do come out, they put little flags to let you know or let other people know to not walk on the grass. It all works quite well. I wish it was a little bit less costly. They took care of it. I didn't have any dandelions this year. My grass looks wonderful. They're out there doing their job so I assume they're professional.

They're fine. I have an annual contract with them for lawn care. So they come out every few months.

They are punctual and they give you notification when they're going to be coming out. When I say notification, it's not just a couple of hours, it's a day or two in advance.

They do excellent. They turned my bad weedy lawn into a great one. They are pricier than others but it is worth it.

I am happy with both. There was a delay in getting the moles addressed.

It was fine. They came when they said they were going to come. They didn't get rid of the weeds. They came twice and they still can be found all over the place. It wasn't working. I got some spots in the lawn where they had sprayed and it killed some of my grass. They said they would come back again if I needed to come back. They told me to wait a week and to call them if I had weeds and they did. I did the same thing a week later after the second treatment. They called me that it was supposed to wait a month and not a week. It was kind of contradictory what they were saying and what they were doing. Their product didn't work on my grass.

Natural Way is pricier than the previous company I used, but they are very thorough and professional.

It was great. We appreciated the phone calls before they were going to come.

We were very pleased with their service. Our lawn was in bad shape and we will need to do more, but it looks so much better.
