Description of Work: Painting the peaks on my house.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment with Phil to look at a rental home that needs an exterior paint job. I called the day before our initial appointment to reschedule the following week, and he confirmed that would be fine. He never showed up, and didn't return two calls I made to find out why. I can't vouch for the quality of his work, but I was pretty disappointed in his lack of courtesy and professionalism.

They came back the following day and powerwashed my home and did an excellent job. I definitely would use this service again and have recommended them to others.

Description of Work: Provided an estimate which was by far the most reasonable estimate we had had. The painter seemed experienced and professional. He seemed genuinely interested in providing good service at a fair price.

Description of Work: Dun Rite Painting - power washer enters house and garage, washed garage door. Very big job and window removal etc.

Description of Work: Phil O'Hara and his crew did a fine job painting our dormers which required much ladder work. They first power washed the areas and caulked and primed and then suggested various materials from which we chose the final paint. They arrived when they said they would and were personable and professional and completed the job as quoted. They even vacuumed the old paint chips off our driveway. We are very satisfied.

Description of Work: Phil and his crew painted our entire Craftsman style house located in the Central Neighborhood area of downtown Traverse City. We had spent last summer having our house remodeled and re-landscaped, finishing the painting was the last step in the process. My wife and I were not comfortable painting the entire house ourselves as we did not have the equipment, nor the knowhow to do the job correctly. So we called around and chose Phil at Dun Rite Painting.

Description of Work: The first step in painting our home was the power washing, which was their plan. We wouldn't have thought of it. The house was then painted. As this fell during the Memorial weekend, he even came in on Monday to work. Our weather has been changeable lately and he wanted to take advantage of the good weather. They also painted our deck trim which was a surprise. Parts of the deck had not been painted when it was built and were starting to age. Phil and crew painted the street facing deck to perfection. We also had a front door which had been painted red, including the side windows. I asked if he could do that also and change the red windows to white to match the trim on the house. There was no hesitation and it looked better than before.
