A++++ Rating - On a scale of 1 to 10 Enviro-Decon of Indiana and John Tener, the owner are way above the scale - Totally exceeded our expectations. Awesome Job. John delivered on his promise to rid our house of mold. He coordinated all aspects of the job, from foaming and fogging to correcting the underlying cause of the mold in the attic. He hired and oversaw a subcontractor and held his feet to the fire to assure a timely completion of the project. He then arranged for an independent testing firm to test and certify our home as better air quality than the outside air. Price was less than half that of the competing bids.

John was always prompt for appointments and had a very professional manner. He performed the decontamination at a great money and time savings, compared to conventional mold removal methods. I would definitely recommend Enviro-Decon to my friends.

Quick, courteous, and knowledgeable service. Less than aweek from time of call to completed work. They have a full understanding of the molds and moisture and they use the correct products for the removal. Glad I was able to find them.

Our home isn't making us sick any more.This company did so much for us and their cost to us was so reasonable. Enviro-Decon did everything we contracted them to do. To save money, we did all the tear out ourselves, so the $500 cost for the actual mold removal was very reasonable. They were on-time, and all questions were answered. Great service! We'd recommend!

They did everything they said they would do and in a timely manner. Would hire again if I needed them.

So far everything has been great. I havent gotten to the point of removal yet, but the quote and the gentelman that came to the home was very professional and answered all my questions.

Overall service was good but got off to a rough start.. Outside of forgetting to show up on the agreed upon day (and then was late on the reschedule but at least called to notify us he would be late) we also had some miscommunication about having to be out of the house for 4 hours after fumigating. Also, one of the workers didn't bring proper equipment (drop cloths & ladder) and ended up just grabbing one of our cloth covered chairs to stand on, soiling the chair & spreading dust. Drywaller was excellent. Inconvenient, to be sure, and certainly things that can be improved on for next time. In spite of this would give them a second chance

Randy & his team were great! He took care of my Mom's house in Michigan, and left me feeling very confident in him, which is hard to hire someone when you live out of state! The end result was terrific, and I would definately recommend him to others!!! Thanks again Randy!!!

They were in my neighborhood and wanted to come in the morning. I asked them to come in the afternoon and they cooperated.

The overall experience was great. I was glad I contacted Enviro-Decon for the services they provided in particular the treatment and removal of mold in the basenment. From the initial call to the completion of the work I was very pleased with all aspects of service. The employees were veryf there was anyone who needed this type of work to be done. Randy and his crew did exactly what he said would be done. After a few days the smell (cleaner)went away and I can finally breath in my basement!

They called me the very next day & gave me an estimate which was much, much better than the other estimates I received. They did a good job & even arranged for my heat ducts to be cleaned at a price still much lower that the other guys. They are great! I would recommend them highly.
