It was an initial visual and dampness assessment inspection only without air quality monitoring, so without charge. The tech measured and found 100 % humidity of basement floor and walls. But once he learned the surrounding and supporting soil was wet he was afraid of being called in if litigation against the builder resulted so left as soon as possible.

I would give more stars if I could! Blake and team are very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were able to recommend the best method for mold removal from our attic before the sale of our home and additionally installed proper venting to prevent the issue moving forward all for a reasonable price! Everything was completed before our close date and they even expedited the certificate of completion so we could close on time! We will definitely be back for any future projects.

The only issue I had was that I was told that I would get the docs in my email the next day and I didn't. I had to call to get them and I'm still waiting on the final doc. But the work was good.

Blake was very friendly yet professional when he came out to assess the job of removing mold growth from siding in my indoor pool room. He told me exactly what to expect and the bid was under what I expected. I liked the idea that they use a non-toxic product also. (I had one bid that was almost twice as much - using toxic material.) The workers, Gary and James, were so helpful. They even removed the fabric fan covers so I could wash them. They left everything sparkling clean. Areas I thought would have to be re-painted are almost like new. I would hire them again in a minute!

these gentlemen were extremely professional, courteous, and tolorant, and sympathetic, of my special needs, due to combat ptsd. the completed the job when they said they would, and did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone, and especially veterans!!!!

They had good customer service but we think they weren't very honest with us about the stuff on our basement walls that we thought was mold. The house was more messy than we thought when they finished their treatment and we had to wipe down all of our surfaces multiple times.

A little high priced, but did a good job.

Had an odor of mold in basement. Enviri-Decon came out within a day and did a free estimate and gave us some tips to seal out the mold issue in the meantime. Very professional and friendly.
