Description of Work: cheked out non-working diswasher we assume it was motor or some other expensive problem Technician said , after examination, probably only 'frozen' intake pipe...we fixed it by using a space heater..very nice and very HONEST!!

Description of Work: Our Subzero fridge is about 20 years old. For the past week it's been making a harsh, metallic noise 24/7. We've hesitated to call for repair, since we were anticipating really bad news. A replacement is about $7000. I called Maple late Sunday evening. Early Monday morning they called back, and I scheduled a visit for three that same afternoon. Chris arrived punctually at three, diagnosed the problem as a bad condenser motor and fan, and a failing defrost switch. He made the repair in 45 minutes for $380. He also gave us some valuable advise on another appliance, a Fisher-Pakel dishwasher, that was giving us trouble. I've put this outfit on speed-dial, so the next time I have a problem I can get them out quickly. they are great!
