If I could have given 0 stars I would have. We have used this company for years to service our appliances when needed. Now, we have 2 new Bosch dishwashers under warranty and (despite having a contract with Bosch) Maple Appliances will not come out to service them. Clearly they only care about gouging their customers with higher prices which isn't allowed under the service contract they have with Bosch. We will NOT be using this shady business again.

Where shall I begin? First they wanted to send someone out who might get to my house at 5:30. Didn't want that so they sent a tech out at 7:30 in the morning. The repairman came to the door with his mask under his nose. He refused to use hand sanitizer and when I asked him to wash his hands before touching my oven, he washed them like a child. When I called the company to give them feedback, I was rebuffed by the manager who asked if I wore a mask, and proceeded to support this guy and said, "We don't know if you're safe either. We're taking as big a chance as you are." And then he said it's really hard to wear a mask over your nose if you wear glasses. My daughter does and my husband does. Not a response I want to hear. Won't use them again. NG at all.

Excellent - technician arrived on time, had part in truck, repaired promptly.

Called Maple Appliance this morning after we discovered that our dryer wasn't working. They sent a tech out (Jay) by 4:00pm. Jay diagnosed the problem quickly and fortunate for me he had the part in his truck. The whole appointment lasted about 30 minutes and we were up and running again. Will definitely use them again for all of my appliance repairs.

Diagnosed problem but could not repair the issue because they do not work on this type of LG problem.

Went great. They had to order a new circuit card for the oven. When it came in they called and scheduled installation and everything went very smoothly. The tech was very professional, very friendly, and helpful.

Arrived close to scheduled time. Diagnosed the problem within minutes. Had the part in the service van, repaired the oven and was done in under an hour. So pleased with Maple Appliance. I have recommended to 2 others who have had no luck finding reliable appliance repair services.

I am so happy they came out and fixed my washing machine. They were fast and courteous and did the job right. After my last experience with another appliance repair company, I have now found my new repair company. I highly recommend them.

I HAVE FOUND MY NEW APPLIANCE REPAIR PEOPLE!!!!!!! Wonderful, prompt service, repair personnel who actually LIKE their job and are good at it.

The technician checked the fridge with Paid service fee ($69), but the company refused to do further repair service. VERY Strange and can not understand.

They said I needed to replace oven because a part was no longer available. I was able to track down the part through a national distributor. Hired someone else to finish repair.

Jim came out in the afternoon and within 20 minutes knew what the issue was. He didn't have the part he needed in his truck, but after speaking with someone back at their shop, the part was delivered within 20 minutes and Jim was able to snap the part on and get the washer back in working order. Total time was about an hour. Jim was quick and straight to the point, no nonsense. I'd definitely hire them again.

Ice build up kept air from circulating. Cleaned and got freezer working properly.

I called on a Friday late afternoon and Maple Appliance had a guy in my kitchen by 7:45 on Saturday morning! That was responsive -and punctual (15 minutes early). The repairman, Jim, diagnosed the fridge within 10 minutes. It needed a new inverter. Price installed: ~$500. It was a toss up. We are replacing the 14-year old GE Monogram fridge this summer in a full kitchen rehab. Do I want to spend so much on a temporary solution? After Jim left, I found some paperwork from the previous homeowner that indicated that this fridge has been serviced with a new inverter 2 times in 14 years, the last time only 4 years ago. Then, an hour after Jim left, he called back. The replacement part was going to be more expensive than he originally estimated. Now the repair would be $800 or possibly more if the compressor needed to be replaced. The compressor may be fine he said, but it may be the reason that the inverter failed. A compressor replacement would take on another $1200-1300. That was going to be too much for a fridge that would be soon replaced. Instead, we will use our inlaw's fridge in the basement for the next 8 weeks and replace the old GE Monogram with a more up to date model. We cancelled that part order. I paid a $100 deposit for the service call and pending parts order which was canceled. Not sure, but perhaps I'll get a partial refund. I would call on Maple again. Pleasant, responsive, punctual, honest and knowledgeable are the words that I would use to describe them.

We have a gas dryer that was not heating. After running diagnostic tests our technician, Karl, determined the problem was with the dryer exhaust . It had a huge chunk of ice/lint inside that was stopping the dryer from heating. Karl put in a new exhaust hose that is straighter and everything is working great again. He did a great job! Plus, we were able to use the 'Angie's List coupon' for Maple Appliance to save money.

ExExceptionally efficient and courteous. Estimate was accurate to the dollar. Cleaned up afterward. Very pleasant experience.

It was an average experience at best. They came when they said. I wouldn't go out and try and beat them up.

Courteous, punctual, coordinated (Office coordinate with scheduling and notifications), and professional.

All aspects went smoothly and professionally. Repairman arrived on time and had the appropriate part with him to repair the washer. All done in about an hour.

Well, but it took a week from them to come back with new dial.

It took over a week to get the part.

Service was friendly thorough and efficient. Very professional. Only concern was I could have ordered the disposal 50-100 cheaper on Amazon or HomeDepot/Lowes
