After a failed attempt at fixing the dishwasher ourselves the technician quickly repaired wiring and found the water pump needed to be replaced. He provided a quote to repair and ordered the pump same day. We received a call the following day advising the part was in and organized a time to repair the following day. The Technician arrived during the allocated time however I was running 5 mins late and he waited. Repaired the pump however noticed it was still not draining as quick as it should so worked on the un blocking the hose. After some persistance and patience he removed the partial blockage and all is right with our dishwasher once more. He provide a discount without being asked and we are very happy with the server overall.

They're pretty reasonable I guess. They were recommended by the appliance store that I purchased some appliances from. They pretty much evaluated it so the parts cost $300 and get a new appliance because it's disposable. They're pretty good.

The clothes dryer in my rental house had ceased to work. Maple returned my call promptly, was able to come out in a timely manner and repaired the dryer well. Would use again.

Will definitely use them again. Called them around 3:30 on Friday. they were out at 9 the next morning. I know if I had called earlier in the day, they most likely would have been out same day. Very professional. Very satisfied.

My washer - a Maytag - wasn't completing the cycle for washing. It would fill with water, but not agitate or spin or anything. It would still have the water, but no action. So I called Maple Appliance who were very pleasant on the phone and had someone out very quickly. They said I needed a new part and they'd have to order it which they did. It took a few days, but they called and came out to install/exchange the new for the old part. Everything was fine....except, now when the machine was running the plumbing pipes that feed the water into the machine started banging and the whole house would shake when they turned on but especially when they turned off. I called them and they came back and made an adjustment. Said I needed yet another part. They had to get that one too, not in their truck. But they also offhandedly suggested I call a plumber because it might be in the plumbing. I thought that strange because I had never had such a problem in all the years I'd lived in the home (Since 1984), but only since they'd exchanged a part. But since after their visit my wash machine continued to have the banging issues when it went through its cycles I called the plumber. For another $250 he was able to install some parts at the point the wash machine hooks up to the water feed. It has helped it considerably. I went forward with getting the repairs because I didn't want to have to buy a new washer. AT the time it wasn't something I could afford. However, I should have found the money somewhere....I think I wouldn't have had the issue to call the plumber about and I would have had a working wash machine. I was disappointed that I paid to have one problem fixed....and it was....only to have another surface. But that said the machines are older, so maybe I would have the problem anyway. But there Maytag (wink). Maple service people were professional and seemed to know what they were doing. I just don't understand why the banging on the pipes continued. A lot of money for not getting everything I thought I'd be getting.

John arrived at 10 Saturday morning (the scheduled time) and in just a few minutes he had diagnosed the trouble and had the OEM parts on his truck to replace what was broken. No wasted time and very professional. Nice guy and easy to talk to. Highly recommend this company and John too. What a great way to start out Saturday morning.

Came out fixed it in a very short time. Gave me suggestions on what to check for if it happens again.

I called for service on our dishwasher. They told me they would charge $39 to come out and another $30 if we decided to not do the repair they recommend. Sounded reasonable so I scheduled service. The person came out and was quite rude to my wife. He didn't repair anything - instead blaming the issue on our dishwasher detergent (Finish which we have used for years) and telling us that we shouldn't use the "short cycle" wash. Instead of the $39 or $69 mentioned, he charged her $99 without any explanation for the charge. I called them about it the next day. The person answering the phone said that $99 definitely did not sound right and she would have a manager call me in the next day or so. I called twice again and was given the same message. Finally today (two weeks later) I called and had a chance to talk to a manager who was absolutely no help. He just read off the invoice and claimed his guy cleaned the dishwasher. Dishwasher was dry and clean before I even called them.

I originally sent a request to them through Angie's List and did not get a response. I called them later the following day and he said he didn't get any emails from Angie's List. I scheduled an appointment for the following day at 4. I had to leave work early to be there and when I arrived home at 4 I received a phone call stating a service person was on their way. At 4:40 when I was still waiting I called the person that called me at 4 to see the where the service person was. I was told "he was coming from a ways away and he was running behind all day but even though they only work until 5 the service person was going to work late for me" I let him know that a phone call earlier in the day, if he was running behind, would have been nice so I would not of left work early because that was costing me money. Also it is not a "benefit" to me that they are going to "work late". They made the appointment so that is their problem if they have to work past business hours. A service man showed up at 4:53 in a van that had Allen's appliance repair on the van...not sure if Maple just subs this stuff out or what. Anyways the service man was nice and diagnosed the problem and repaired the dryer in about 35 minutes. He did not clean out or offer to let me clean out the lint that was in the lint compartment and wheel (there wasn't tons but it would have been nice to have done while the machine was disassembled). He just put everything back together dirty and covered in lint. Also I had the dryer pulled out and ready for him when he arrived but he did not put it back into place for me. Over all I was happy to have my dryer back in working order and the price was ok with applying the coupon I had from Angie's List but there were a lot of details that were missed as far as good customer service goes in my opinion.

Called late in the day and luckily they had a repair man in the general area. He came by the house within the hour and had the dryer full serviced and working within an hour. Very happy with the through service, they were clean & professional. I also felt they were reasonably priced. He also mentioned they service our other kitchen appliances and I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

I called at abt 9am to make an appt for someone to come out and repair a leak on my fridge. I said I thought it was the "water inlet valve". Water was leaking onto the floor from somewhere at the bottom of the fridge. The ice maker was working fine and there wasn't any ice buildup in the freezer. I had just replaced the same part on my washing machine a few months earlier but didn't want to attempt it on the fridge since I wasn't 100% sure that was the problem. They said they would call before they came out and in abt an hour they called and a tech came by. Very happy abt the quick response. The tech moved the fridge out and found the problem pretty quickly, the water inlet valve was leaking and needed to be replace. The total cost would be $202.50. SERIOUSLY!!! $202.50 for a $30 (give or take) part that took 15 minutes to replace. Even with drive time... ( I am 10 min from office) that is a ridiculous price. The bill showed the part at $75 so I guess the other $127.50 is the labor/trip charge. While I am happy that they responded quickly and even happier that I had a $25 coupon from Angies List, the cost of the repair is NOT reasonable at all. The part cost is extremely inflated, as an appliance repair shop I would think they can buy in bulk and be cheaper than the prices listed on the internet, anywhere btwn $20.92 and $30, not $75. I don't mind paying for a service, especially if I can't do the job myself (which in retrospect, I could have) but to be taken advantage of, no matter how quick their response was is reason enough not to use this company again.

The tech showed up when they said he would, fixed the dryer, and he even cleaned out all the lint before I thought to ask about it. A well done and efficient repair at a fair cost. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Replaced igniters on Viking range.

Technician took my microwave to his shop. Returned it in working condition, along with a nice dent on the front. Stainless steel shows every little imperfection. I complained to the manager and someone came to take pictures of the damage. Even though I asked them to tell me what it would cost them to fix the dent because I didn't want to pursue the damage claim if it was going to me a few hundred dollars, the manager didn't follow up other than to leave a voicemail with an incorrect call back number. I will never call them again and I make sure to tell everyone I know about my experience.

Our Bosch washing machine stopped working on Thursday - it had a full load of wash in it and it refused to drain and to spin. We called them this morning (Saturday) They were extremely responsive. I mentioned I needed it fixed today (laundry is piling up and the weekend is when we get caught up) and if they couldn't do it today then I needed to call someone else. They said they would do it then said that they just had someone dispatched near us that just completed their assigned job and was available. They sent him right over. He was in our driveway in less than 10 minutes. The technician was competent, friendly and knowledgeable. He solved the problem right off and fixed it inside of 30 minutes.

The cost of repair exceeded what I was willing to pay. Contractor was originally supposed to come Friday, but ended up coming early Saturday morning. He was clearly in a hurry while he was there and was already putting the fridge back together before asking if I wanted the repairs done. No big deal...since I didn't want to pay for the repairs.

The person who answered the phone was courteous and indicated that a service repair person would arrive at our home within 2-hours... we were happy to hear that on a Saturday morning. The service repair person arrived before the two hours had passed, and he was also courteous & professional. After 15-20 minutes of removing/checking parts and inspecting the system, he indicated the problem involved either the compressor or the associated system tubing (possible Freon leak). Although he was qualified to "tap" the system to further diagnose the problem, he indicated it would be best to schedule service directly with a manufacturer's service representative to keep the warranty in force. Besides sharing with us what he had diagnosed, he also provided advice regarding how best to address the warranty issue with the manufacturer and recommended a strategy to store our food items in the interim.

The technician was rude and did an extremely cursory diagnosis. He didn't even open the unit to determine the extent of the issue, nor did he effectively communicate to me the best course of action. I understand that service fees are part of the business, but do yourself a favor and go with a vendor who will actually take the time to properly diagnose the situation and walk you through the process.

We have used him about 6 times. It is never the same appliance that he fixes. I use the same tech, named Alen and I am comfortable with him. I trust him. He is very good and fast at diagnosing problems. He always has every thing with him and about 90% of the time he has the parts with him on the truck. Unless he needs to order parts. It is also easy to schedule with him. I am even using him today too!

I used Maple Appliance to get my dryer fixed. They responded quickly and they were reasonably priced. The dryer has worked great since they fixed it!! I will definitely call them again! :)

It went great! I called Allen Appliance company early on a Monday morning 8:00 am, looking for service ASAP for a dryer that we really needed repaired. It is now 10:00 am and the repair person has already gone and left and replaced our new gas coil very quickly. Also a bonus he had all the parts on hand. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others!

Their availability for the first visit was quick. The technician was impatient and borderline rude when we needed to consult with warranty company. It took over a week for the needed part and I had to call them to find out if the part had been delivered. The actual repair was completed efficiently and the technician was in a better mood. They ended up charging more than initial quote.
