Called first thing in the morning. Said repairman would be out by noon--excellent! Said they would call before they were on their way. I called back around 11:30 AM and they stated they tried to call, but they had my number incorrect. They said repairman was on his way. He arrived within 10 minutes after my call. Repairman (Jim) quickly diagnosed the loud noise from the dryer. Assumed it was the idler kit. Thankfully, he had the part stocked in his work van. Replaced the idler kit and offered to vacuum out the interior of the dryer with our shop-vac. I thought that was a nice gesture. Total came to $225, but received $25 off with the Angie's List coupon, so paid $200. He was in the home less than an hour total. Very prompt and courteous, but can't give an A because when I went to the laundry room after he left, I noticed there was lint all over the floor--even though I let him use our shop-vac for the dryer interior! It looked like someone had blown lint from the dryer all over the laundry room. Thankfully, I already had the vacuum handy to clean up the mess. Suggest the repairmen always clean up their work area prior to leaving customer's home. It should be an expected part of the service call.

They came out to fix the gasket on the door of my front load washing machine. They didn't install it properly and the next few loads of laundry all the clothes came out with a bunch of holes in them. By the time I realized what was happening hundreds of dollars in clothes were ruined. I had a different company come out and fix the gasket in 5 minutes. I called maple and the manager refused to give me my $350 back that they charged me to install a gasket the wrong way. I asked to speak to the owner. He said he was out of town and that he would have him call me and I never heard from anyone.

The technician diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back and fixed it.

. I have a young daughter as well as a wife and after four days of not having a refridgerator/ being stood up for other technicians to come out it was a blessing to meet these guys. They answered my original call , came same day and assisted and were pleasant the entire time. These are the guys!

Called at 8:30 am on 11/14/15. Was told they'd be able to service my issue that day and that the service tech would call me when he/she was on his/her way. I was phoned as promised and he arrived shortly after. Diagnosed the problem, had the part on the truck and was done within 15-20 mins. Left the old part. Amazing to call on a Saturday morning and receive service that very same morning!!!!!

This problem became easy to fix with John! Great service...!

This service went very well, The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me which I really appreciated.

Serviceman came same day as called. Found faulty auto defrost heater. Thawed coil. Replaced heater with new one on truck. Cautioned that refrigerator would not attain proper temp for several hours. Manufacturer service more costly and 5 days later.

I called Maple this morning and they were able to send someone out today to check on the suddenly non-working freezer at my mother's condo. Two service guys came and determined that the compressor was shot and the fridge (mid-1980's) was leaking freon. It was time for a new refrigerator. I also asked if it was worth repairing a Kitchen Aide dishwasher in her kitchen and they honestly said, "no"....difficult to get parts due to its age. I appreciate their honesty and would use them again.

Everything was wonderful. My dryer was loud and it would screech. Chris came out with a very friendly and professional personality. He did the job and kept my house clean and neat. He took off the front panel and straightened my washer and dryer out. He also took a quick look at my dish washer and it turned out it was a small fix, my handle was loose and that is why it was leaking. I am very happy with the service and will be using them in the future.

Excellent in all respects. The evaluation sheet should reflect A+ in all categories. Cost in all instances was reasonable. My initial experience with "Dave" of Maple Appliance led me to ask for him personally on each service call. He is highly skilled, helpfully informative, completely effective and a very pleasant person - obviously a great representative of the company. .

The technician, Allen, arrived on time and was able to very quickly diagnose and resolve the problem. He was very professional and the work was done at a fair price, I will definitely call them next time I have a problem.

Before starting work and discovering what was jamming the garbage disposal, the technician had quoted a price of $74. When he discovered the dime in the disposal and removed it, he said that because I was a repeat customer, he would not charge me for the repair since it had taken him such a sort time to fix. The technician was very professional and work in the past has also been excellent. I will definitely use Maple Appliance Service in the future.

Asked about costs before making appointment. $39 for service call. If no work is done there is an additional $30 diagnostic fee. All the guy had to do was flip a circuit breaker. Total work took 5 minutes. He charged me $99.

Technicians are very professional and answered all my questions regarding what was going on. They are very customer orientated.

They are very punctual. Technicians were very responsive and very professional and very customer oriented.

Fixed the issue the day I called, and it didn't take long at all. Because they went above and beyond and worked with me on both issues, I will use them exclusively.

He seemed knowledgeable but not very customer-oriented I am afraid. He checked out and took corrective action of fixing the issue of suds coming into the washer - definitely removed all of it. When I requested him to clean the filter he threatened me with a huge bill saying it was not necessary in his opinion. Upon insistence he did do it and did discover a tea bag lodged into it that I am sure was causing my original issue of black specks - residues at the end of each cycle. He relentlessly told me that a dishwasher does 3 things only; and mine was doing those correctly. All other issues are introduced by consumers etc etc. anyway I believe he did fix my issues once I forced him to clean the filter.

My dryer stopped working yesterday afternoon around 3:00 p.m. I immediately called Maple Appliance...I have used them twice in the past 5 years (oven and dishwasher). They said they would try to get a repairman out yesterday afternoon and would call me if he couldn't get there before 5 or 6 p.m. He phoned about 5:30 and asked if it would be okay to come out first thing this morning. That was fine. He showed up promptly at 8:00 a.m., diagnosed the problem (heater needed replaced), pulled out my dryer and washer, cleaned out all the junk and dust from behind both machines, checked my hoses on my washer for me (they were fine), replaced the heater, and put everything back exactly as it was...all with the help of my Sheltie! I have been very pleased with their service in the past...always prompt and every repairman that has been here has always been very polite and helpful...they are in my contacts on my phone!

Asked for a specific appointment time, they were able to do that. Asked to be called when service tech was on the way. They did that too. Service was performed in less that 20 minutes and we were back to washing and drying. Some of the reviews I read on this company thought they were pricy, which I really don't understand. Todays dryers are complicated pieces of electronic machinery that can cost as much as $2500.00. I want a repair tech that knows what he's doing, not just some cheap guy off the street. i was very happy with their service and will use them in the future.
