Description of Work: I had a water jet on my dishwasher that fell off. I couldn't find the screw so I could reattach it myself, so I called Maple. They gave me a four hour window, from 8-12, did not call to let me know where I was in their caseload, and came at 11:59. The repairman came in, found the screw in the dishwasher, reattached the water jet with four turns of the screw, then said "$69. $39 for the service call, $30 for consultation". The guy that came out was just doing his job. I have no issue with him. Everybody else involved sucked.

Description of Work: I had a leak from my refrigerator. The tech arrived, looked at it, took out a drawer and in 5 min. explained what the problem was. It was a frozen drain that could MAYBE be fixed with a $250-$300 service kit that only worked in 1/2 of the repairs. Or shut off the refrig for a week and let it melt. For that much money for a maybe fix, I elected to just pay for the service call and take my chances. He did remove all of the frozen water and showed me how to clear up the water before it had to chance to leak.

Description of Work: Very pleased with prompt reply and repair within 24 hours...ESPECIALLY since this was on a Monday, just a couple of days before Christmas. I had been fretting about how I was going to manage Christmas with a house full of overnight guests and no working fridge. But, they took care of us.
