Description of Work: The tech came over, we explained to him that the refrigerator works intermittently only, he said if its working now he can't do anything about, which we explained to him over the phone before making the appointment, when we questioned the bill for $80 since he did not want to even try to repair, his response was "you don't need to pay if you don't feel like you need to" but later we were surprised when they accused us very rudely that we refused to pay the bill. they were rude and very unprofessional and we will never use them again. we called another local company who was able to diagnose and repair the refrigerator and we ended up paying $380 for. its not the charges its the lake of knowledge and the rudeness that we did not appreciate.

Description of Work: I have used this company for years. This last trip was for a washer that wouldn't start. Appears to have been moisture on the controls.

Description of Work: Oven was thoroughly checked out and a replacement part installed. Serviceman had proper temperature measuring equipment, knew what to fix, and exactly how and what to replace. It took a while to get the part required for the repair.

Description of Work: Could not fix problem. Told me I needed an electrician. Service person was very rude .

Description of Work: They fixed my dishwasher and reset the soap dispenser timer inside the dishwasher door. The total number of appointments to finish both was 3. They didn't have the wire harness needed to fix it, so they had to order it, leaving me 6 days without a working dishwasher (Christmas holiday). Then when the tech came back to finish the work, he didn't reset the soap dispenser correctly, so he came back out the next day and fixed it. Everything works now and no complaints!

Description of Work: We used them twice for washer and dryer repair. They were available that day. They fixed the appliances quickly, staff were courteous and we spread the word to neighbors and friends.

Description of Work: Replaced the drain pump, when we had a drain issue a week later they came out to check the problem and corrected it at no charge. There was a kink in the drain hose.

Description of Work: Fixed my HE washing machine that was leaking water. The service person was polite, friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. I would use them again.

Description of Work: This outfit was amazing. They were at my house within 45 minutes. They diagnosed a washing machine timing issue. Return promptly with the new part and it has worked perfectly since. No attempt to upsell or waste time. Very responsive!

Description of Work: Replaced mother board 1st visit. Then thermostat on 2nd visit. We were skeptical about the need to replace the mother board.

Description of Work: Maple Appliance left a gas leak in my first floor laundry room after work on my dryer. The next day the gas company came out and shut off power because of the leak. I had to hire another company to come and repair the leak because Maple Appliance was seemingly unconcerned and definitely argumentative and unapologetic. |

Description of Work: Repair person was good--he gave some good advice and allowed me to choose to repair or replace when it was a costly repair. There are things he could have done that were more expensive but he gave me the choice of an option of a less expensive fix to see if it works first before going for the expensive fix. The reason for the punctuality rating was I was told over the phone "within the hour" but it was 2 hours later. When I called to inquire about it the person was a little abrupt. But overall good service.

Description of Work: Repaired dryer which needed a new motor. Four weeks prior, they repaired my washer.

Description of Work: My eight-yer old French-door fridge stopped cooling. I called Maple Appliance to determine options and costs. They were able to work me in the next day, and the service person was on time. He told me it was either compressor and/or the evaporator, and that the cost of replacing either would be not much less than a new fridge. That is exactly why I chose them... So I could trust that they would not sell me a repair job that was not in my best interest. I would hire them again.
