Description of Work: We were having trouble with the ice maker on our Samsung refrigerator. Since the cost was a lot more than I was willing to pay to fix it, I declined service. The only cost that I paid was for the service call. I appreciated the repairman's honesty.

We called on a Friday afternoon at 4 p.m. about our refrigerator not working. It wasn't keeping the food cold. We called Maple Appliance and they said they could have someone out the next day and would call back and set up a time. They called back and said to expect a technician between 7:45 - 8:00 a.m. the next day. He arrived right on time and found the problem in a few minutes. He then proceeded to fix the fridge and asked if we had any questions or concerns about the repair. We did and found him very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: The appliance technician determined we had a bad defrost timer in our fridge and was able to repair it in about an hour.
