It went well and was done professionally.

I had half the power in my house go out while I was away on vacation. After attempting to repair it myself, I found the problem was beyond my abilities. I called Websters and explained what was happening in detail, and he told me he didn't need to come down and charge for a visit, that the problem was outside the house. He told me to call the power company, and exactly what to tell them was wrong. They came and repaired it at zero cost. Thanks, Webster's!

I inquired about getting wiring and a switch installed for a garbage disposal. Same day Brad came out to give me an estimate. We discovered we had an outlet underneath the sink and there was nothing he could perform. He was very polite and helpful on what I would need to get the project done (he suggested an air-switch instead of an actual switch on the wall). He arrived on time too which was great. I didn't get any work done by Webster Electric, but just helpfulness and friendliness I received, I'd call again if I ever need something electrical done in my home.

I had a light installed in a closet and switch installed on the wall to replace a remote controlled fan/light fixture. They were very prompt and professional. Cost was lower than expected. They did leave a bit of mess behind, but it wasn't too bad.

The work was done & I had to leave the electrician in my home due to family emergency; -my father was dying.

Our technician showed up right on time. He was very friendly and efficient. He was able to help us with everything and was in and out very quickly.

I just wanted to write a review because I had a mostly positive experience with Brad from Webster Electric. He was very polite, punctual and professional. He returned my calls very promptly. There is everything to like about Webster Electric except the price unfortunately. I would have loved to have had Webster perform my electrical work but I could not justify spending thousands of dollars more for the same job. I got other estimates and Webster was the most pricey. I think they would have done very quality work but I also think the other companies I solicited estimates from will do quality work too at much less the price. This will dissuade me from using them in the future too unfortunately. I really liked this company and am disappointed I could not use them.

The tech arrived on time; checked my circuit breaker; checked the specs on my wood chipper to verify the need for an amp upgrade to outdoor GFI. Ran new line and installed new outdoor cover that brought the outlet up to code. Cleaned up deck. Checked the circuit breaker for other potential problems, but found none. A plus for Webster's for me was the senior discount.

The serviceman, Mark, was actually early for the appointment and he called before coming to ensure that early was not an inconvenience. Mark was professional yet friendly. He installed two ceiling fans for us. We originally called Webster because we had concerns about our ceiling mounts and if they were to code and could support the ceiling fans as the junction boxes for the electrical were side mounted. Mark checked to ensure that the boxes were to code and mounted the fans to meet code and our security/support concerns. Mark mentioned that we were smart to call in an electrician for this install as following the manufacturer's installation instructions would have resulted in the fan being unstable and subject to falling, in addition to failing code. The work was done quickly and well and the cost ended up being under estimate.

With out a doubt I would give all A's

Webster Electric did an outstanding job! They came out the day after I called to find the problem I was having with my lights in the kitchen and bathroom. They were very professional! They were prompt in fixing the problem and I was extremely pleased with thier work and integrity. I was not home when they came to fix the problem, but they didn't begin anything without calling me first to let me know what they were doing, how they were doing and how long it would take them. I would highly reccomend Webster Electric to anyone!!

I was operating with a 203 b home loan which can be a pain......They had a ton of details that needed to be completed prior to having funds to do the electrical work.Even I was annoyed at the process but corey handled it well, even though i knew he was frustrated.He was very professional and willing to go the extra mile to see that I was ssatisfied.He sent two technicians to my house.They spent two days here.They were very prompt and professional and completed the entire job..The work looks very professional..I was left with a gap in my ceiling because they had to go through my dry wall in the basement but this was discussed in advance and i had given my consent for this to happen.They did a great clean up job.....When the job was completed they were only given half of the funds which they were fine with........They will be getting the other half after the inspector comes out and inspects all the jobs I had to have done.Like I said there is a lot of hoop jumping with this type of loan.......Im glad I got there references off angies list....I was very pleased.

Webster's was fantastic. Came out to do the estimate within 1 day of my call. Chris was right on time, polite, personable, and gave great information. He weighed a couple of options as to what might work best for me, and followed my lead. He had the proposal to me via email the same day. Two electricians were here to do the work within two business days. They were on time, worked efficiently for almost five hours without stopping, including time outside in the rain. They left everything in stellar condition. There was absolutely no sign that they had been here - absolutely no mess. I will most certainly be calling Webster's for any electrical work I need to have done in the future. Very impressed! Although I received lower bids for the work I needed done, I value punctuality, hard work, and reputation as well. I was very impressed by Webster's exemplary reports on Angie's List, and certainly understand why they have such high ratings.

We were having problems with intermittent power at the outlet for our washing machine, so we made an appointment for Webster Electric to come to our home. Jordan arrived on time, after calling ahead. We explained the problem. He located the junction box for the outlet, and then traced the wire to the electrical panel. He noted that the junction box was not configured properly. He then found a bad circuit breaker, which he replaced, and he also fixed the wiring in the junction box. The outlet now works fine. While he was here, we also told him that we wanted to install a ceiling fixture in our living room. He went ahead and did that work as well -- running the wiring, installing the box, and installing switches for a ceiling fan light fixture. He then vacuumed up after himself. He was continuously professional, polite, and well-spoken. We were particularly happy that he was able to go ahead right then and do the wiring for the living room fixture. We will definitely call them again when we need electrical work.

They are one a the few electrical companies in this area that do residential work efficiently and quickly.

They were prompt and courteous. Cleaned up after they finished. Demonstrated how to use the fans and lights. Pointed out where I would need to touch up paint because the new switch was a different size.

My experience with this contractor couldn't have been better. They always returned calls or emails on the same day, were always punctual and cleaned up thoroughly. They explained and communicated with me at every stage. This was a large project.

I needed an electrician to determine whether there was an electrical problem that would result in the electric bill being extremely high. From my first call, the staff at Webster demonstrated that they had the correct expertise to find an answer to a somewhat unclear problem. The electician who performed the service was extremely thorough, professional, and polite. In addition to work done on-site, supervisory staff walked me through the meaning of the amp readings that were found, converting the reading to Kilo-watt hours for various appliances and the well-pump. As a result, I was able to understand how to approach reducing the electric bill. I was more than satisfied with the efforts of the staff. If I need any additional electrical work done, I will not hesitate to call Webster.

They did a nice job when coming out for the estimate. I went with someone else who had a lower price. They went over everything very well, and explained the troubles I could run into. They were nice. They were very honest. They were very responsive, and called me to ask if I had any questions. They would have came out soon to do the work. They were very punctual and professional.

Went very well. Came out in a blizzard. Technician was very professional and helpful. Gave explanations that I could understand. Had good suggestions on future work. Will definitely use them again.

Very well. The technican was on-time and professional in appearance and manners. He did his testing and told me what he was doing every step of the way, and why we might be having the problem we were having. Replacing the circuit breaker seemed to get the microwave oven working correctly all the time.
