The electrical work was done well. During the job the door to my chest freezer was accidentally damaged and the seal ruined. I worked with Brad Danger at Webster Electric and he handled the entire situation in a highly professional manner, replacing the freezer with a new one that I selected and even personally carting away the old freezer with his wife on labor day weekend! This is the best customer service I have ever received.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. I searched for an electrician on Angie's list and selected Webster based upon reviews and grading. When I called they were very courteous, helpful, and responsive. I told them what the problem was and that I was concerned about additional issues and safety. They talked me through everything on the phone and told me that there were no immediate additional safety issues. They came out first thing the next morning and had all of the parts with them. They called before the came out. I was able to communicate directly with the technician and had him bring a few additional items along. Not only was the service and responsiveness excellent, the pricing was very reasonable. Because of the great work I am going to ask them for a quote to upgrade the panel. I would highly recommend Webster Electric and will use them again in the future.

Webster Electric was one of the electricians recommended to me by my lighting shop, so I gave them a try. Webster was courteous on the phone and in my home while work was being done. Webster let me know, up front, that I was outside the “normal” service area (approximately 25-35 minutes away) and I would pay have to pay for their travel time. Webster scheduled me a few days out. Webster’s electrician arrived early and began work right away. Prior to the electrician’s arrival, I purchased a replacement ceiling fan and sconce—he brought the replacement doorbell (which is included in the $310 bill). After examination, the electrician informed me I could replace the ceiling fan as planned; or I could buy a new switch and have it installed later (as he had no switches with him)—I chose the former to get the job done immediately. The electrician installed the fan, as well as the outdoor sconce and repaired/replaced the doorbell in 1.5-2 hours. I believe I was charged for a 30 minute drive each way, as well. Labor costs totaled $277.00, and was in the realm of my expectations. A bit pricey, but good, solid and quick work was done. I would hire Webster again for bigger or complex projects, but likely will go with a company closer to my home for small projects in the future, so that I do not have to pay travel costs.

Arrived on time and provided professional estimate. Lost job to another electrician that provided a lower estimate.

Everything is working correctly now

Project Manager Brad Danger came out for the estimate. He arrived on time and was very professional. The proposal was well within reason for the work needed to be done. He assured us the work would be done within a month. He kept us updated as to the time frame via email and talked with my husband on the phone several times answering questions as they came up. The project was scheduled and two very nice electricians...Dan and Bill arrived exactly on time. They introduced themselves, explained exactly what they would be doing and kept me informed as they worked. They were friendly, professional and completed the 4 projects in under 5 hours. They cleaned everything up spotlessly and moved things back into place without asking. I was shown each project as they completed the job and given time for questions. They didn't even require payment, and said Websters would bill us. I am very happy with the entire process with this company. From the initial call, through the estimate and proposal to the actual work. It has been a long time since I have had the good fortune of working with such a customer service focused company.

Mark is very friendly. He walked me through the things to check with my electrical problem and was able to solve my problem over the phone. I will definitely call him if I ever need help with an electrical problem. Honest, knowledgeable guy!

They worked me into the schedule. The technician came prepared with a used Pushmatic main breaker which saved me a great deal and eliminated the need to search for a new one since they are no longer made. The work was done quickly the technician was very polite and helpful.

They came out twice and didn't do what we asked either time! It felt like a rip off. The finally got it taken care of on their third visit. While here they were very polite and very professional in behavior but we just did not realize that we would have to pay for their mistakes.

I sought an appointment through Angie's List on 7/5/2015 for installation of kitchen recessed lights and repairs or replacements for several other kitchen and bathroom lighting problems. Mark Caughlin responded two days later through Angie's List asking me to call him. When I phoned, he said he was making appointments for week of 7/13/15. We discussed work to be done. He seemed unenthusiastic, suggested some problems might not be repairable. He said he would have an associate call me for an appointment to come out and look at the work to be done. I never heard from either man. After waiting a week, I found an electrician who wanted the job through another website.

Everything Went great. Installer was prompt and took care of everything in a day. Brad was great when he was out to give me an estimate. I will definitely do business with them again.

Jordan was on time & conducted himself professionally. Cleaned up when he was finished. Didn't get my senior discount (5%).

The technician was prompt, professional and courteous. The cost seemed a little high for only an hour's worth of work, which included a trip out to pick up a different type of switch, but was well worth it for such efficient and prompt service (I had scheduled only the day before!).

It was wonderful. I had a little issue and I contacted Brad. He came out immediately and took care of it. They were fabulous. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anybody.

Webster Electric was very prompt when we called. Due to the weather and needing some additional parts, they gave us a quick fix in December to hold us through the winter. In March once the weather got better, we called them again, and they finished the project. They were very nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for any type of electrical work.

The electrician was on time and got right to work after I showed him where the new outlet needed to be and where the breaker box was. He was nice and very professional, answered all my questions, cleaned up after himself, and did a very professional installation. He was done in about an hour. I thought the cost was a little high, but he did do a great job.

Brad Danger: always on time, great communication and fair estimates. If you freak out/question the price he explains why. Couldn't ask for better than Webster!

I didn't feel confident with the inspector. The issues I have still haven't been resolved.

No surprises with the install. Service was prompt, courteous, and two men were very neat (they even covered the basement steps with tarps).

Everything was done well. The site was left in better condition than when he got there. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

They came out quickly and provided great service. They also worked well with our insurance company. I highly recommend their service.

Not everything was done perfectly the first time, but they are great at communication and want to make sure everything is done to the customer's liking, so they came back to fix anything we were not totally happy with.

Excellent responsiveness when asked for a home visit quote. Prompt arrival on scheduled day of service. Completed all work to expectations and price quoted was accurate.

Overall, this was an excellent experience. Communication was excellent and Brad came out to the house within a couple of days for the estimate. The estimate was competitive with others I had done. What ultimately sold me on Webster is that Brad had a clear vision for the project that I greatly appreciated. The day of the work, the guys showed up on time and did an excellent job. While the initial thought was that three or four holes might need to be put into the ceiling to complete the job, we were thrilled to find that only one hole was needed. It was clear that the guys from Webster were firmly committed to doing the best quality of work possible. I will definitely use Webster for future projects.

They are very, very good at what they do. We had to upgrade our system when we first moved in because we had a second furnace installed. They had to rewire and put on a new box. There were a lot of complicated things. I think the guy that came was a master electrician and he got it done in 5 hours. They had to do a lot of things. They were very knowledgeable about this particular procedure for the electric car and they knew about the rebates and what we needed. We will definitely use them again. It is a big company. We used them before at our other house and they were good.
