Description of Work: I was calling pest control companies for my elderly father who had some bugs in his kitchen. Rose provided information that was very helpful: 1. Identified the bugs from my description 2. Suggested finding and removing the source after telling me what foods would most likely be a problem 3. Invited me to call if we needed further assistance or wanted to schedule regular service. We followed the directions from Rose and the problem is gone. I would recommend them before any other pest control service.
