I was very pleased with the work they did. Very professional and listened to the additional requests I made as the project progressed. They cleaned the work areas everyday & the job was completed in a timely manner. They were punctual and finished the job in the promised time. I left them while I went to work and never had any kind of problem.

Very easy to work with. Understood my needs with very little effort. Very easy to communicate with (text and email). They were very professional and friendly and treated my home with much respect. I would definately hire them again for more work in the future. They were such nice painters my wife actually cooked them a full course steak dinner!

It looks perfect. Paragon Painting went above and beyond to do an excellent job. I will use them for all future business.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

The job progressed smoothly for the most part. They couldn't get our whole house pressure washed in one day so they had to come back on the weekend. I have done it in one day- so I was a little suprised about that.

Paragon's representative responded promptly to our request for an estimate. He arrived on time, was friendly and explained what he would be able to do for us. He gave us an estimate which we thought was extremely reasonable so we told him to send us a contract and put us on the schedule. There was a delay in communication from Paragon at that point and we had to call to see if the work had been scheduled and ask about the contract. In addition, Brian, arrived about 1 hour later than expected on the scheduled day. Once he started working our concerns were put to rest. He worked very hard and very efficiently the entire day. His co-worker was stuck on another job and wasn't able to help him until about 7:00 in the evening. They both worked until it was too dark to continue. Brian came back to finish the job the next day. He walked around the house with me, noting any touch up that needed to be done before accepting payment. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Brian's work and found him to be a friendly, knowledgeable young man who was fun to get to know. We would not hesitate to call him or Paragon again!

Excellent! Punctual and incredibly professional. Fairly priced. Top notch work. They go beyond. They don't show you every problem and then fix it. They fix it and then show when it is done and they don't charge you for very minor repairs. They are very meticulous and have a lot attention to detail. They don't make a mess. They clean up when they are done and take their equipment with them. They have all the ladders that they need to get to the high areas. Excellent work. I could not be happier.

I sent an email to the company on a Friday, and by Monday I had an appointment the next night to get an estimate. Brad (one of the owners) did all the estimating and the work. He was very polite, professional, and respectful. He answered all questions, made recommendations, and came up with a good and fair estimate. He arrived for all appointments when he said he would, in spite of having to travel to NW Battle Creek, which was about 35 miles from where he works. Brad was clean, neat, and took great pains to be sure that no paint would spatter on the kitchen cabinets or fixtures. He was very respectful of the property, and always asked for permission to do almost anything that might be a bit risky. He even made sure my wife was ok with him using the bathroom! He also offered to take all of his tools and ladders out of the kitchen on the first night, but we told him to go ahead and leave them to make the job go quicker. We have a bi-level that required him to paint the stairwell to the basement with ladders, and it was an awkward fit but he did it well. The work started on Monday, with Brad completely stripping our wallpaper, patching any imperfections in the drywall, and then cleaning up. By Tuesday, he was priming and then painting. It was extremely rainy and humid when he did the work, so he did the best he could to wait for each coat of primer or paint to dry before he went on to the next step. Brad finished the entire job on mid-day Thursday. He cleaned up nicely when he was done, He was very honest in that he used one gallon less of paint versus his original estimate, so he appropriately adjusted the price down. Overall, he did a great job. I would highly recommend Brad and would use him again if the need arises. This is the first time EVER that I've hired someone to do the painting, so the price seemed a bit high at first but after the work was done I was happy with the overall cost. I believe his quality justified the cost, and when calculated by the hour, it seemed very fair to me. Brad is a bright young entrepreneur and deserves more business....

They seem to be doing a good job. They are halfway through the job, but I would recommend them. They are doing an economical and good job. Their customer service is very good. I would recommend them because they seem to be conscientious. I am very pleased with them. I will use them again in the future.

These guys were great. I live in Texas and hired them to paint my second home in St. Joseph. Very professional and easy to work with. I got about 10 estimates in the area and these guys were my very first estimate and the guys I chose to use. Not the cheapest - but not the most expensive estimate either. I communicated via email and telephone - they showed up and worked fast. Looks beautiful! Would definitely use them again.

Of all of the contractors that I used in remodeling the house, this contractor did the best job out of anybody that worked on this home. He was one of the few that actually did the work better than I wanted him to. He's easy to work with, and you don't have to worry about watching him every minute. He just does the job well.

They came when they said they would. Very professional, used drop clothes, cleaned up each day, very easy to work with when changes were made from original estimate. Would not hesitate to use them again..

We worked with Brad Lukasic, Brad was very helpful and detail oriented. The painting team was very professional and helpful answering questions, making suggestions, .etc. The painting team was very focused on satisfying us and we would recommend them to anyone looking to have painting performed.

Rob Nichol came to discuss some possible painting work. I was in the middle of a major rehab of this house and needed help with the interior painting. Rob offered to work on a per-hour basis because I was unsure how much help I would need. It also gave me a chance to see the quality of their work and decide if I wanted them to continue. It didn't take long to see that these guys really knew what they were doing and cared about the quality of their work. It was excellent. Most of the work was performed by Andrew Schrock and Sean (forgot his last name). Their work was exceptional in quality. They were intent on doing careful and exacting work on both the prep-work and the actual painting. They offered valuable suggestions along the way and were available when I needed them. They seemed genuinely interested in how my rehab project was going and gave me names of several other contractors who also turned out to be excellent. They seemed to always tell me the truth. I've used probably 12 to 15 contractors on this project. Paragon Painting, Dickman Construction and Shephard Plumbing were the best of the bunch. And Paragon Painting recommended the other two contractors. Their charges seemed fair especially given the quality of their workmanship. You can find cheap painters, but I know from experience that you get what you pay for. And these guys are good.

The whole experience was very pleasant. Paragon Painting was very personable, very professional, very careful and always arrived when they said they were going to. The walls and trim look absolutely beautiful.
