This is a small, owner-operated business with diligent and trustworthy support employees. Kevin communicated with us regularly and was clear in his explanations. His estimate included minor repairs to siding. Where he noted defects (mostly due to aging) he pointed them out and even took some pictures to clarify what was wrong. He caulked areas, prior to painting, that should have been taken care of by the original builder. We chose a rather bold color to be applied to vinyl siding. He took the time and effort to make sure that shifting of the siding would have a minimal impact on the final appearance. His final invoice was more than fair considering the quality of his work. His attention to detail was incredible! He was easy to work with and we can't recommend him highly enough.

Great, got us in their schedule sooner than expected... they were careful with surrounding area and didn't take long to finish project.

Everything went very well. All the painters were very professional. They arrived on Thursday to begin work. They tackled most of the ceilings first before beginning the prep for the hallway. With the ceilings they patched any areas that were in need so the finished product looks great. The hallway was wallpapered so any loose wallpaper was removed then a skim coat was applied to even out the surface. After each coat of primer and paint another skim coat was applied. The finished product is amazing. You would not know that the hallway was previously wallpapered unless someone told you. The work was outstanding and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result.

The cabinets are just beautiful!!! Don the project coordinator measured all the cabinets took pictures, described how the prep work painting would done and provided a detailed estimate. Don came over a 2nd time provided samples of paint colors to have the ceramic paint tinted. Kevin and Joe did a beautiful job!!!. They took the time to protect my belongings and kept everything clean and tidy when they were done for the day. The project took 1 week. There were 28 doors and 12 drawers. They even put on the new hardware for me! All in all Kevin, Don and Joe were truly professional!!!

Since I was very pleased with Kevin’s company when they painted my livongroom and stairwell this past fall, I rehired to complete all trim/doors/baseboards. Very impressed with the professionalism of this company. Kevin and his team were very responsive to my questions and even came back to the house when I emailed with questions regarding the best way to clean and take good care of my new investment. Painters were on time, polite and professional. They completed the job a little early, and kept my home clean. Painted all trim, doors, stairs and baseboards. Filled all gaps, even the most minor gaps in moulding making contact with walls. I look forward to working with this company for another project in the future.

Very impressed with the professionalism of this company. Don (project manager) was very responsive to my questions via calls and emails. Painters Mark and Evan were on time, polite and professional. They completed the job a little early, kept my home clean, and worked around me and my dog. Kevin (artist) completed a custom project and went above and beyond my expectations. He stepped in when needed to keep the project moving along. Great attention to detail was paid to areas such as filling in even the most minor gaps in moulding making contact with walls. Although I decided to forgo painting of the wood trim for the moment, I look forward to working with this company for that project in the future.

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the finished product. Don was wonderful to work with starting with the initial quote given. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Communication was second to none. Kevin the owner, also very knowledgeable as I leaned on him for advice. Kevin's crew also was great to work with. Anything that I pointed out, there was never an issue. All and all, the best Angie's List hire that I have experienced.

Kevin and his team were punctual and professional. They did an excellent job fixing dry wall and repainting our garage. Each day ended with an update and the work area was always left clean.

The work was started just a week after my proposal acceptance. He was punctual and provided updates with an on-time completion estimate. Facing rain, he did not rush the work to get it done, but waited for the weather to pass to ensure quality results. I will definitely call on him for future painting needs.

Kevin and his crew were fantastic. After my initial call, Kevin arrived the very next day to give us our quote. Once we decided to go with him, it was scheduled for the very next week, even with them being busy for the holidays. They (Kevin & Jason) arrived at our home on time both scheduled days and did a great job. He also gave us a quote on other areas in the home, and when we decide to do this work, we will be giving him a call. We would recommend Paragon to any of our friends and family.

Kevin Fraaza, owner, is a real hands-on pro. He and his team of Brad and Josh worked over a 3 week period of time and did a magnificent job. Brad and Josh worked meticulously as if we were their family that they wanted to please us. Fantastic job at a great price!! Choose Paragon ... you will not be disappointed.

The owner of the firm worked with us from Friday until Sunday evening to get the right color choice. It wasn't easy as we did not have a good sample color and the stains we tried were significantly different than the color samples we chose from. However, it was worth the effort, because we got the precise color we wanted before work started. A crew began the following day and continued every subsequent day, weather permitting. The project was completed in about the time estimated. Each day the crew cleaned up their work areas before leaving. After all the work was completed, the owner and another painter on the job for the last day inspected everything and determined about a dozen areas that needed touchup and then proceeded to complete the job to perfection. Kevin Fraaza, the owner and operator of Paragon Painting, is very engaged in the work of his firm. He (as well as his crew) take a lot of pride in the quality of their work and will not finish a job unless the customer is satisfied. In short, I doubt any painting firm in West Michigan could do a better job that Paragon. Fortunately for homeowners, Paragon does not charge for its superior service. We had other firms bid our job and their bid was the lowest.

Although it took 2 months for them to complete the warranty work, we are very satisfied with the end results.

They were excellent in their trim work, patching was superb of existing cracks in walls. Basically, it looks like I have a new home and am very glad they took me on as a client. I will definitely have them back to do the exterior. They are reasonably priced and give great recommendations. It's hard to find great painters but look no farther. They work hard while on your premises and when they are done, you'll be very happy with the end result. Isn't that what matters?
