Went very well. As far as I,m concerned he assigned his "A" team of painters. They were neat and professional. We have had a lot of positive comments from friends and family on the look and quality of the work that was done. The workers were on time and finished the work within the agreed upon timeline. Workers were courteous and professional. The owners representative showed up 3 to 4 times to check on progress and field any of our concerns/questions. Very please on their responsiveness and attention to detail.

I was very pleased with this company and the results. Interactions in getting the initial quote and arranging to begin work were excellent. The crew was nice, chatty, and helpful and overall fun to have around during the course of the work. There were numerous delays due to weather but communication was excellent and I always felt they had our best interests in mind. Neighbors even commented upon how nice the crew was! Overall this was a very professional and enjoyable experience from initially arranging for job/quote, correcting and implementing some unexpected requests we had for changes, and following up to ensure all was done according to our expectations.

Nice job. Very pleased with entire process. They were willing to work within our schedule and worked on the job until completed. They were timely, prepared, neat, quiet and cleaned up each day. Very professional. Finished project slightly under quotation. Would recommend and use again.

We chose Paragon because they were the low bid of three and greatly regret it due to their mediocre work and unprofessional attitude. One painter was extremely rude and unprofessional, whining about having to use drop cloths on the hall floor when he found out we planned to replace the carpet and pressuring me to allow him to leave the drop cloth out overnight which was stressful and dangerous. Andrew did apologize for this and he did make a requested switch--albeit at a pretty high price which we accepted as the consequences of our change of plan--in the color of the ceiling. When the job was we noticed numerous ragged patches due to sloppy prep work, paint on our woodwork and stairs, and visible brushmarks around most doors and windows. When I called Andrew about this he apologized only for the paint spills. He claimed both that he warned us not to expect a truly excellent finish because our house is old (of course if he had said this we would not have hired him!) and that the brush marks were not his workers' but reflected earlier ones (which of course, if true, should have been addressed in prep like the holes). When I pressed him he begrudgingly agreed to have them come back and fix the problems--they didn't come for a month and then had to return several weeks later because of humidity, so our house was thrown off three times and the whole job took two months from beginning it. They rushed through the repaint and did not verify we were satisfied before leaving, when we found improvements in the ragged patches but new paint on our woodwork as well as new brushmarks on top of the old ones since they failed to use a small roller to redo the work around the doors and windows despite knowing this was a major concern. We would never use them again and warn other against risking it.

They started work when they said they would. They were good about cleaning up before they left for the day. The surface prep they did was excellent. I have cedar siding, so they not only power washed all surfaces, but caulked all holes and cracks, then sanded where needed. The result is that the new finish looks as good as it possibly can. Andrew was great at keeping me informed about when they would be working and what I could expect. As they neared the end of my job, the weather was starting to turn, so to finish the job, they even worked on Saturday and Sunday. I would definitely recommend Paragon.

Paragon did a great job on my deck washing and staining. They were prompt and came when they said they would. The work quality looked good as well.

Contacted through Angies List and received a response back quickly. We set up a convenient time for an estimate. Was right on time, friendly and professional. Got back our estimate the next week. We had a fairly tight time frame and they were able to accommodate us. The power washing was done on schedule and was very thorough getting the house and trim ready for new paint. The next week they were back right on schedule bright and early starting to paint. They covered and taped anything that wasn't being painted and were very careful around the plants, flowers, bushes and other landscaping. The painting crew was punctual and professional and made sure to explain everything they were going to do and had done at the end of the day. They put on two good coats in two days. They caulked and painted all the wood trim. They came back a third day to touch up a few areas and do a thorough cleaning around and make sure we were 100% satisfied. They even went so far as to paint some extra trim around a door. It was a very good experience, from the initial contact, to the price, to the quality and professionalism of the painting crew. We would highly recommend Paragon Painting.

Paragon Painting did a really good job. The work is really outstanding and everything that you expected in professional painting operation were even exceeded.

Andrew and his crew (Mark was the lead on the job) did painting in our home prior to us moving in. Andrew came out an did an estimate then we contracted to have the work done while we were out of state, prior to our move. They were very timely with their quote and were able to start the work in our time frame. The basement family room, hallway and stairwell all had dark wood paneling so they came in an sprayed this room with primer and 2 coats of paint. The acoustic drop ceiling was also sprayed as well as the fireplace. The main level required primer and 2 coats of paint because there was oil based paint on the trim and possibly on the walls. The upstairs bedroom levels required a lot of prepping as I had removed the wallpaper prior to them coming in but the walls needed sanding and cleaning prior to the painting. This plus painting of trim, ceiling etc. I'll first say that this was a BIG job. Lots of trim, windows and coats of paint. They estimated the job length to be between 5-7 days but it took 2 weeks to do the work and not all was done prior to us moving in. They had to work in conjunction with another flooring contractor that was in the house doing work as well so this was part of the reason for the delay. It was very difficult having painters in the way when the movers were here and boxes in the way. If they would have finished up before us moving in I would have given them an A rating in this area. They was also some room for improvement in the area of detail work... filling holes, removing hardware, touch ups, reinstalling hardware, removing tape, etc... I called them after they were done and asked them to come back to finish up the touch ups and they did so within a few days. Also there were some miscommunications that led to a couple of rooms being started with the wrong colors. Fortunately my husband was able to come up a little before hand to check on the work and he was able to stop them. Had he not done so we would have had 3 rooms that were painted the wrong color. All was corrected but this was a waste of time and materials. By the end of the job they just wanted to be done (we wanted them to be done as well) and I think some of the details were overlooked because of this. Even in the walk through things were missed. I would make a suggestion that they make sure to remove and mark/bag all hardware when taking them off and keep in one general area so they know where they go when the painting is done. Also a fresh set of eyes for a detailed walk through to make sure everything is top-notch would be a good idea. I'll also say that the finished product looks really nice. The painters were very nice and meticulous with the actual painting. If I had more painting to do I would definitely allow them the opportunity to quote out the job.

I am a perfectionist when it comes to most things and I have painted every other room in the house. I hate roller marks and I have seen bad paint jobs. I will redo an entire wall if I leave a bad mark or heavy paint spot. The scope of this room with the high ceilings was beyond my ability however so I had to ask for help. I am glad I did. Paragon Painting did an excellent job. Paragon painting showed up to look at the job within a day of my request. They discussed details and what paint would work best for our needs. A quote was e-mailed to me within 24 hours. Sherwin Williams was having a 40% off sale so I opted to buy my own paint because it was then cheaper than the quoted price. Without the sale, the quoted paint price would have beaten the store price. After the initial consulation, I decided I wanted to include painting the ceilings. They gave me an estimate of what they thought it would be, since they didn't actually measure for it when quoting my job. The estimate ended up being the final charge. They were able to take on the job almost immediately. It was actually me who had them wait three days because I wanted to take everything off the walls. They showed up promptly at the agreed upon time on the starting day. I felt comfortable leaving the house after making sure they knew what needed to be done. They finished within two days and left everything clean. Notes: They went out and bought more ceiling paint because my ceiling soaked it up and I had not purchased enough. The ceiling paint I used was not rare, but they did make sure to get the same brand. I patched and sanded down all wall imperfections myself so I cannot attest to how complete of a job they do in that regard. I did leave two nail holes that were too high for me, and they patched them up nicely. They cleaned my ceiling fan. They straightened some ceiling lights that were not pointed perfectly straight. I asked them if they could do this in passing before I left them on the first day, but they remembered to do it. Where the wall meets the ceiling looks very good. I usually have to go back and do lots of tiny touchups when I paint, but I see no place to do touchups on their work. Overall they did an excellent job. I would use them again. My only complaint would be that they did not put tape over wall switches and outlets. The top lip of my decora switches and the outlets got speckled with paint. It was easy enough to scrape off with my fingernail when putting the wall plates back on however. Most people would probably not even notice the tiny dots of paint, but I am super picky about stuff like that.

They finished the work as they outlined and without delays. They showed up every day promptly, worked diligently while here, and always cleaned up the job site when done for the day. Their quote was also very competitive and the young man running it was always pleasant, professional, and agreeable. A great experience overall.

The estimate allowed for 4 days, but they finished in 2. Their clean up was awesome. All the workers friendly and professional.

The estimate was thorough and clear, and the price was appropriate. I asked for proof of insurance and got it the same day. The owner, Andrew, even did research on his own and with the paint store on the best paints for my situation. The workers were prompt, very pleasant, and worked steadily. They wore personal music devices with earphones, so they were also quiet when working. They were all very accommodating to my schedule and requests. Excellent cleanup. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and would definitely have them do more work for me.

Andrew and his crew did an excellent job. Every room looks lovely. The crew are so nice. Very professional. They moved furniture, helped hang mirrors and pictures. They were very respectful. Very clean while painting and cleaned up great.

They called right back when I left a message. Estimate the next day. Work started a few days later. Did a great job in a timely manner. Even talked me out of a more expensive option for the deck paint.

Andrew, the owner was very professional, on time, helpful in selection of paint colors, etc., and the job went better than I ever expected. The finished job was excellent!

I contacted company to get estimates for painting interior and some exterior, power washing, and all associated tasks. (Wallpaper removal, etc.) Owner was very prompt in returning call, and arranging time to meet to review details. He arrived early (which was great) and was very thorough in reviewing work to be done. Then I never received any estimate. I called once and LVM asking for the estimate. 2 weeks after I had expected to receive the estimate, I got a phone call from Brad saying he hadn't forgotten about me and he would get me the estimate. I still have not received any estimate, and I never heard from him again. Too bad. I spent over $8,000 on painting. He had come highly recommended from a friend and he probably would have had the job if I'd gotten an estimate in a timely manner.

They were outstanding and they did very well. They were very professional and prompt. They were courteous and did an excellent job.

From the initial estimate to the execution of the work, the employees were professional, timely and they were obviously experienced. The end result was beautiful. Daily clean-up was a norm. Employees were willing to offer suggestions and respond to questions. The quality of the work was simply excellent. Their initial quote for the work was highly competitive, and scope modifications were also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Paragon for future work.

It went perfectly. Salesman Andrew was very good with his presentation, explaining everything very well. Price was second highest of 5 estimates, but was lower than highest by 30%. Of the five estimates, Paragon was only painter that was going to do two complete coats (plus spot priming as needed). At time of estimate (mid-June), they were scheduled out two months, but Andrew assured me that they would complete the job before 8/15 - date of an upcoming family gathering. They completed the job on time, at the estimated price (no add-ons). Power spray was done very well. Scraping and priming was done thoroughly. Paint job was outstanding. Painter (Tony) called us out after each stage and reviewed the work done thus far. I would absolutely recommend these guys, and will use them for future painting needs.

It went very well. He did a great job. It was a little hard to pin point a date to get this done, but the worker was polite and efficient. I would recommend Paragon to anyone wanting their house power washed.

The owner, Brad, arrived on time with the worker. He instructed the worker on what needed to be done, per our agreement. The owner remained as the worker got started. Shane, the employee, worked continuously on a 90+ degree day to complete the job. The total time for my ranch home was about 6 hours. Afterwards I checked the home. There was one stain above the garage. Shane attempted to clean it again but to no avail. He then called his boss who arrived to try. He was able to remove most of it. The only suggestion I would offer to this business is their responsiveness to phone calls. Sometimes, you have to call back a couple of times to get a return call. This may be due in part to this being their busy season. Overall, it was a good experience and a fair price for the work completed.

Andrew said he'd get me an estimate the next day. It's been 2 weeks since he came for the estimate and I still haven't heard from him. Obviously he didn't want the job, but I would have appreciated an email stating he wasn't able to do the job. Andrew did email me later with an apology-I appreciated that.
