Good to deal with. Honest and to the point. Inspected my property for wood destroying pests. Saw past infestation and found that the home had been previously treated. Did not find any active termites. Suggested that no treatment was required at that time.

They came out quickly and were very responsive. They were very good! I would recommend them.

As soon as I called, I was told the exterminator for my territory would get back to me. He did within a half hour. A next-day appointment was provided. The exterminator was very professional, yet friendly. He explained about the different types of spiders and used his treatment. We were told to keep our cat locked in room for a few hours. He also told us to call back if we saw any more spiders in the next few weeks and he would come out again and retreat for no additional fee. He explained the yearly plan, but we felt no pressure to buy. We were very pleased with this company and will use them again in the future.

Great company to work with. We had carpenter ants at our lake cottage located about 30 minutes from Kalamazoo, not only were they willing to come out but gave me a time and date that they would be there. They were so trusting that we allowed them to come in using our lock box and they called at arrival and when they left. In addition, they called to explain what they found and what they did to mitigate the problem. Very thorough explanation and great work. We would use them again and they guarantee their work for the calendar year.

They're very thorough. They've made follow-up phone calls to see if I've had any further problems. They do quarterly checks of the traps that they set. The quality of the work is excellent. They're responsive. The owner even stopped at my house once unexpectedly to see how things were going, and gave me his business card and email address.

Josh was very quick and efficient, and also had a great working relationship with our home inspector, so they were able to not only work together at the same time, but helped eachother out, and I was able to pay for both services to one person, and received my inspection report timely as well. Josh was very knowledgeable, and told me to keep an eye out on some spots that may be cause for concern with the change in seasons. Both Josh from Mite-E and Paul from 1st Choice also provided some referrals of other businesses they trust for home repairs, and improvements.

Did a great job and would recommend them. Easy to use, low hassle. A little sloppy with their application, had to always wash window after they came.

They did a great job. We are still happy with them. We spent about $250.They sprayed around the exterior of the house. They felt that might take care of it but if it did not, we were to call them. They gave us 10 days. However, we saw some ants again. We called them back. They came and treated certain areas in the house. They called us several times to ensure that the problem was taken care of. We were really impressed with that. They might have come back 3 times only because it involved crossing days. They were very attentive and came out quickly. It was not that we were not satisfied with their work. Sometimes it does take a couple of trips before the results begin to show. We have not had a problem since then. They guarantee their work for years so they come out whenever it is required and do not charge us anything extra. They responded quite quickly after we called them. It did not take them days or weeks to get here. Their price was reasonable. We will use them in the future.

Jeremy was fantastic. Not only did he accommodate my schedule, he was prompt, professional and completed the job with minimal interruption. He did not damage any of my flowering plants or shrubs and was careful when he had to move the mulch back. I would definitely recommend him if you are worried about termites or any other insects!
