Service provider replied promptly my online request and arrange service schedule. He showed up ontime, and made the work requested. Great service overall with customer satisfaction focus oriented.

I am STILL very happy with Mezgers' sevices !! And will use them again !! PROVIDED that technician "NATHAN" will not be the one who is in charge of the repairs! He was disrespectful, clearly did NOT wanna be working at that time of the day (8pm) and did not do a good job !! On the contrary, all the other service guys from the company have always been trustful, professional and very respectful and efficient! Hence my surprise and desappointment last night. Still I will continue recommending MEZGER company ...not that one 'NATHAN' guy!

I chose to use them because they had about forty reviews on a very high grade on Angie's List and my next door neighbor works for them. They are very knowledgeable and very good at working with me to get the new supply outlets and return, register, gross, get that all located to the reconnected system. They have good workmanship. They take care of the details. The job looks like its going to be on schedule. They show up every morning just after 8 o'clock, bring the gear in and get to work.

We had some other issues with furnace and the worker did his best to fix those problems.

They were very professional, and offered a competitive price. They were on time and did a good job.

Metzger's technician did a good job. Something broke after they came, and they returned promptly and fixed it.

This is at least the second time I've used Metzgers and they are great. My furnace made a terrible squeaking/whining sound New Year's Day night and because I wasn't sure what it was I turned it off. I called them first thing in the morning and I know they were swamped with jobs that day since it was the day after a holiday. And, to complicate matters, I had to leave my house at 12:45 that day. The woman I spoke to was very pleasant and said she would have a technician come out by noon. She called around 10:00 to say Nathan would be at my home shortly. Nathan is the same gentleman who fixed my air conditioner in 2013. He has a very calm and easy manner about him and listened to my description of the sound the furnace made and determined was something that was loose and just needed to have some silicone put on it. I asked if he would ck the filter and he did (and it needed to be replaced) and then took care of cleaning some other part that he said would be a good preventative. He was here less than 30 minutes and the furnace no longer made the weird sound and everything had a happy ending! :)

I bought a preventative furnace check up which they were scheduled out a couple months, but they fit me in earlier.

Did a good job in the end. There were a few adjustment calls before the unit was up and running, one of which turned out to be incidental to the installation, but the serviceman repaired the problem at no charge (an electrical short and a bad capacitor in the furnace fan). It took some back and forth phoning to get the installation appointment made, so that is the B on responsiveness. Metzgers comes when you call them, and beat the price of similar contractors who install top level stuff.

Went very well. I needed a specific filter for my Aprilaire air cleaner; which, he brought and replaced for an additional nominal cost. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions about my furnace and air cleaner.

Did not execute service call due to high demand. Cannot service my unit until January 2015. if demand is this high, need to hire more technicians to service their customers

Went well! They even came back, free of charge, when my pilot light was out and I couldn't get it lit.

Company could not schedule service until December which is a 8 weeks away which is too long.

We've had half of it. There is the service contract, we've had Metzger's come in the Fall and they were fine. My only mention would be that it took like six weeks to get on their schedule so it was quite a wait. As far as the service person and everything, they came and checked everything and were on time. It was fine, we didn't have any issues so we haven't really had to have them back. They are scheduled to come at the end of this month to check the AC so luckily that wasn't as long a wait as it was for the furnace. Otherwise, all good things I guess. I will be neutral at this point just because of the wait, it wouldn't be positive but I wouldn't say anything negative. For pricing, I can only base it on the deal purchased. They're coming out in a couple of weeks.

The guy who came was very knowledgeable. He completed his job in a timely fashion. I will likely be purchasing a furnace from them this season because they were so good at cleaning and explaining what they did to me.

They were okay. I purchased a big deal and it was their annual maintenance agreement but it wasn’t good deal. They had a coupon in the local paper and it was okay deal.

Very professional. They found that the cause of our furnace not running was due to the intake blocked by ice build-up. Provided a temporary work around. Made suggestions to improve the operation of our furnace.

Price was competitive with another company I contacted (both based on personal referrals). Overall was a positive experience however, workmen dropped two pieces of metal in the backyard and some screws on the mat on the back porch. Fortunately I discovered the these items before it was time to mow (it would have seriously damaged my mower) or before my dog accidentally cut himself. There was no follow-up call from the company after installation, which I think would have been a nice customer service touch. The two "B" ratings are based on the above comments.

They called December 26th and said they had a cancellation in the area and service could be performed today if we were available. Arrived home and service tech was waiting for me . Very polite. Completed yearly check and changed the furnace filter. Looking forward to them completing the yearly check on the A/C in the spring.

Serviced my forced air furnace for coupon price. I also have a boiler that services an addition with hot water heat. And I had the thermostat replaced in this room because it was old and I suspected it didn't register the correct temp. am able to use lower temp in that room now. Ray let me pick his brain, assured me my old boiler was fine and already had new parts. I've lived in this house for three years. Ironically Christmas night i heard a strange and loud noise coming from my forced air furnace . I shut that furnace off and called Metzgers and was assured there was no danger. The noise stopped when I turned it back on, but came again 3 in the morning and woke me up. same thing, quit when I turned it off for ten minutes and was gone when I put back on. Ray came the day after Christmas and made adjustments to two parts he suspected might be the trouble and I haven't heard noise since. I was not charged for the comeback. I am completely satisfied with my service and intend to call them back for my air conditioner in the spring.

My air conditioner stopped working and I checked Angie's List for reviews of ac repair providers. I chose Metzger's based on their good reviews. The gal who answered the phone was pleasant and asked when I wanted someone to come out. I asked when the soonest was available and she said someone could come that afternoon. The repairman's name was Nathan and he thought he knew what the problem was within the first minute or so. He was right and was able to replace the part ( I believe it was the capacitor) and then did a "tune up" on the ac unit (which it was in need of). He was very pleasant and showed a kind respect for my home by removing his shoes before coming into the house. He was done in less than an hour and I was delighted to have the ac back in working order.
