Hasn't called me back.

Overall I was very impressed with my experience. Despite being very busy at the time, James managed to stop by my residence the same day that I called inquiring about an estimate. James arrived at the specified time and provided his quote along with some advice concerning other trees on the property. I agreed to the price quoted and the work was scheduled for a few days later. I was not on the premises while the work was being performed, but upon returning home I discovered that the work had been completed as promised and they had done an excellent job of clearing the affected area. Only extremely small twigs remained. They also took the time to remove a stump of another tree which had not been included as part of the original quote. It may have been a small task for them, but I definitely appreciate the fact that they went above and beyond and removed another item from my to-do list. Highly recommended.

James and his crew are a pleasure to work with! Had lots of tree damage from recent ice storm. Got several estimates for clean up. James came in with the lowest price. They did a GREAT job!! Came when they said they would and went above and beyond in getting everything cleaned up. Will call them if we have more tree work to do.

I called and left a message asking for an estimate. James returned my call later in the day, and said he would call me again at 5:00 the following day to schedule a time to come out. It took a few days of promises before he actually appeared. When he did come, he was very personable, looked over everything that I wanted done, and wrote his estimate on the back of his business card. The price was considerably lower than the other bid I had received. James and his crew came in the afternoon of the following business day, and finished the next day around noon. All of the work was completed satisfactorily, and the areas were cleaned up. All the members of the crew were friendly and professional.

Called James and he scheduled a consult. We then hired him, and he and his team arrived the next week. He was careful to confirm how much/little we wanted removed, and hauled away all of the branches/leaves, etc. He returned a week later for a few more branches, after we realized that we wanted additional ones cut down (at no additional cost). He and his team are very friendly and hard working.

I asked for this company's "best and last estimate" to remove a tree, this company was 35 % higher than competitors when I received three other company bids for the same job; cut tree down, cut up lumber into small pieces so I could burn, grind stump, and remove debris.

James did an amazing job. He came out, told me what he was going to do, when he was going to do it, and then actually followed through. Highly recommend anyone looking for tree work to give James a call. He's not the cheapest, and he's not the most expensive. What he is though is someone that still follows the old adage of ensuring 100% customer satisfaction!

James was quick to respond to our call for an estimate. He is an eager, hard working man. James is in a business that is directly effected by bad weather. So our start and finish dates were a bit delayed due to rain. He makes a good effort to communicate with you regarding issues which may impact how quickly the job is started and completed. Our yard looked great after having the trees and stumps removed. James and his employees were great about cleaning up the tree debri. We would use him again and recommend him to friends.
