Description of Work: Installed customer provided Hahn Whole Home, 600,000 Gallon Water Filtration System, Water Descaler. Aesthetic installation and time management was outstanding.

Description of Work: We had a bathroom toilet that was leaking into the basement below. They replaces the wax seal and rebuilt the toilet and supply line. They arrived early after calling and asking if it was OK to do so. Very pleased with quality of work.

Description of Work: They replaced the flushing mechanism inside the tank. |A month later it started to continue and I the stopper stuck open again. |I contacted Great Lakes again but was told I wpuld be charged again.

Description of Work: Great Lakes uninstalled a broken Delta faucet and installed a new one I had purchased. The plumber was very professional, friendly and did the job quickly.

Description of Work: I had a huge clog in my kitchen sink, which is tied into our dishwasher and garbage disposal. Nothing would go down the sink, despite using major strength drain cleaner. Multiple pipes in the basement needed outright replacement including the vent which was also clogged. Service was great.

Description of Work: Put in tub drain stopper. Wanted a toe tap style and ended up with a hand twist style. Apparently my tub is the most unique in town and requires expensive parts. They were going to charge me $300.00 for the 30 minutes of work and parts. That little tidbit wasn't disclosed to me until my "special order" part came in and they wanted to schedule it so I threw a fit which saved me a few bucks but not enough in my opinion.

Description of Work: Install a sink hook up in the basement. The technician was s but late, an emergency came up. It happens sometimes, it was understandable. The technician was courteous, professional, and did a great job. I would call and ask for the same guy when I need another plumbing job done right. Very good experience.

Description of Work: We called to have the garden tub fixed because it was leaking underneath. We specifically asked over the phone if they could work with modular homes because a lot of the plumbing has different parts then a regular home. They said yes and when the plumber arrived the only thing that he would do is put a shut off valve on it so we could shut the water off to the tub. He basically refused to fix the problem saying that they couldn't fix it because the parts aren't something they have access to. This is why we asked specifically if they did work on a modular home. We will not be using this company again and it was a total waste of time and money.

Description of Work: I needed to have a few plumbing issues taken care of before I put my home on the market & called Great Lakes Plumbing. They called ahead of time to make sure I was there & came when I expected them to. The plumber was very professional and skilled and was able to get everything done within an hour or so. I had to run to town to get a rare part to solve one issue and he cleaned an additional drain while he waited for me to get back. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber. |

Description of Work: replaced 60 year old plumbing. Installed new fixtures, replaced drain pipe and updated hoses and connections for washer. Everyone knows what old plumbing can do fall apart when you wrench on connections etc. the plummer was fast courteous and kept me informed on parts cost. overall very happy with the job done

Description of Work: Reset points on our storage tank as we have a well. Checked other plumbing to make sure everything was working correctly. Very prompt.

Description of Work: Installed a new kitchen faucet and repaired with new water pipes on my boiler. This company is very punctually, cleans up and uses drop cloths. This is the third time we have used this company and we will always use them in the future. . Lydia Decker
