Description of Work: Checked out my hot water heater which I thought was malfunctioning. Performed maintenance and tested to make sure working correctly. Explained what he was doing and why. Gave me an estimate to replace heater if continue problems.

Description of Work: While Joe no longer does residential drains, he was honest enough to say so and not jerk me around.

Description of Work: We needed a number of things done and Joe Kerns from Dependable Plumbing came to do the work. He was so efficient and helpful. He did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up so nicely afterwards. He replaced some water valves, cleaned our hot water tank burner, and replaced two bathroom faucets. We couldn't be more pleased. He also was wonderful in answering general plumbing questions and suggested additional work that would insure our equipment would function at optimum efficiency.

Description of Work: Joe came out to caulk our shower. He did a beautiful job. He leaves no mess when he's gone. He did some sawing in our garage and he swept out our garage even though he had put a tarp down and it had collected all of his mess. We've recommended him to several friends and he's done work for them and they've all been thrilled. We wish him great success. It's so nice to have a resonable plumber in Paw Paw. He never tries to talk you into anything that you don't need.
