Description of Work: Joe is a thinker who was able to solve a variety of plumbing issues both inside and out. I was pleased by how carefully he worked and did not rush through the jobs just to get done. I wish I had found him before we spent way too much money on an iron remediation system as I think Joe could have handled those water issues better than the company we had. I have and would recommend Joe and Dependable Plumbing to others. As a one-man company, you know who will be coming to do the work every time!

Description of Work: Joe is the best. I have used him in the past in which he was great. Had my check valve go bad and had lots of water all over my furnish room. He came over right away and even had the parts on him to fix my problem n got everything cleaned up quickly. Thanks again Joe.

Description of Work: Joe repaired my toilet for me that had been making moaning noise for weeks. When I first contacted him he was on vacation, but he still responded within a couple of hours letting me know this. We made an appointment when he got back, and he showed up on time and fixed the problem quickly. Very happy, and I highly recommend him!

Description of Work: I called at 8:00 a.m. and they never returned my call until 3:00 p.m. and then proceeded to tell me that they were too busy with their own customers to take care of my problem. After waiting all day because this person was recommended highest on Angie's List I was very disappointed in their service. At 3:00 I called another company on the list (Great Lakes) who answered the phone right away and scheduled me right away.

Description of Work: This house was getting ready to be put on the market. Some of the pipes needed to be blocked off and some needed to be repaired. He also installed a new bathtub. He worked well with the handyman to finish the bathrooms. In addition, he winterized the pipes. He also installed a new hot water heater. He worked well on his own and explained things well to me.

Description of Work: We called and he came and gave an estimate. He was professional and friendly and the price was reasonable. He was unable to keep the first appt. because of an illness in his family. We expected him to call but he didn't so we initiated contact. We set another appt and he didn't show. We called and his phone message was that a family member had died. We waited for a call from him and then called him but he never returned our call. We had someone else do the work.

 + -1 moreI woke up in the morning to find no hot water through my home and when I went down to check the water heater I noticed water underneath the heater. I called Dependable Plumbing Services and the gentleman told me over the phone that it could either be the relief valve or the tank. He gave me an estimate to replace the heater if needed over the phone. He informed me that he could be here that same day. When he arrived, only a short while after I had called, he was clean, polite, and professional. After assessing the situation he informed me that I would need to replace my heater. To my suprise he laid down runners throughout my home to prevent damaging my carpet during the removal of the old heater and installation of the new one. He also informed me that the quote he gave me over the phone was the final charge, no added or suprise expenses were incured. I felt confident in knowing that the services were performed by a master plumber and not an apprentice working under a master plumbers license. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber.
