I called Adams heating for a repair on my old furness. I had been considering getting a new one for quite a while. The guys repaired the furness and talked to me about a new one. After seeing what I could get and the price, I decided on a high efficiency furness. They came on Nov. 5th and installed it in one day. They took the old furness out and cleaned the area before installing the new one. They also installed a new thermostate. I had to have them back a few times in the next two months to repair (redo) a few things and now three months later I have had no problems and my Consumers bill has gone down. Everyone was very nice and explained everything they were doing. I really liked the empoyees. I also got a 5% Angies list discount an am waiting for my Consumers rebate. Thank you Adams Heating and Cooling. I will recommend you to my friends.

Purchased the Winter Furnace Inspection & Cleaning which was performed 02/12/2015. I couldn't have asked for better service! In fact, there was an issue today and I wasn't sure how, or if, it was connected to the furnace work. I called and held on for emergency service. Tried to explain, in my non-technical terminology, the problem. The technician wasn't far from my home; said he'd stop by. He was here within 20 mins, as promised. There was snow accumulated in the bottom curve of the tubing that brought air inside. It could be the cap outside was cracked or the blowing snow was due to the high winds. Either way, he said I didn't need to be concerned about it. If and when this crazy winter weather slows down, we'll check the cap outside. I was relieved that nothing had to be fixed or replaced ... with the furnace or the vent tubing. I offered to pay him but he refused ... said that it was okay. Talked a bit about how the company has been around for quite a number of years which is why I selected Adams from the Angie's List deal. Said I planned to watch for a spring AC deal, too. If I have to replace/repair any of the equipment, I'll call Adams! As he was leaving, I said that I was going to let the company know the service was outstanding to which he replied ... he was the owner! You're Mr. Adams? Yes. Got a good laugh out of that. Can't ask for better service than that! I would definitely recommend Adams Heating & Cooling. In fact, if I could, all the ratings would be A+++++! My expectations were exceeded ... with the original service and this follow-up ... money well spent!

Furnace had been sounding a bit loud for a few days and late last night it just quit working.....I called Adams at 6:30am and reached their voice mail; was told that they open at 8:00am and to leave name/number/message and I did so. My first great experience of this situation - Rob returned my call at about 8:02am! It was great to receive a return call from a service provider so promptly. I explained the situation in detail and Rob told me, no problem, that he could have someone out to take a look at it this morning by 10:30am. #2 - at around 9:30am, heard a knock at the door and it was Josh from Adams. He was very polite & helpful and checked everything over and told me he would have to replace the vent motor. He checked but did not have one on the truck so he made a few calls, located one, left to get it and returned in about 1/2 hour to replace it. Josh got everything working, double-checked everything before he left and I had heat back in my house before 11:00am! This is the third service call we've had with Adams over the last 2 years and each one has been the same; prompt, friendly service with quality work being performed at a fair price.

Take the money, call once, say they could not schedule at that time, never call again.

Josh was great. He did a thorough job and spent the time to make sure everything was working correctly. I thought the charge was more than fair for replacing a part and the time he spent. Best of all the furnace is back to working correctly! These folks also gave my A/C a good check-up last summer with the same results. I would highly recommend Adams H & C!

They came the same day I called. And in less than one hour, the heat was blowing and I was warm in my home once again.

The service technician did not spend a lot of time on my furnace and told me it was so clean that I could do an inspection every other year. I appreciated his honesty. However, he did not ask me for vinegar or bleach to pour through the water drain pipes as other service providers have done. And my humidifier does not come on. Unfortunately I have been too busy with more important matters to take these issues up with Adams Heating and Cooling so they have not had the opportunity to respond to my concerns.

I was very happy with it. I would use them again. The service man was very professional, polite and gave good information.

Performed service as expected and told me everything looked good. Didn't try to push unneeded services. Very honest.

The service was on time, professional, friendly and fair. We had quite a few things to be fixed on our 23 year old Amana, as we knew we would because it was making a lot of noise. The Adams folks (Josh) were on time, very professional and knowledgeable. We had originally signed up for the 69.99 "special" 22 point furnace check up and it was well worth it as he found a defective blower motor, brought a new filter (which we had ordered) and diagnosed the problems with our humidifier. It took a week to get the parts but when they were installed and the humidifier fixed, everything worked perfectly. It turned out a little more expensive than we thought it would ( (about $350.00 complete) but well worth it for what we got: a fully functional and like new furnace and humidifier. We would not hesitate to recommend Adams Heating and Cooling and will call them in the future with any problems. Definitely an "A" grade for their company.

Provider was professional and prompt. He was very thorough and even went so far as to replace the battery on the thermostat for me.

Just like I wish all services would go. Adam's was always responsive to my inquiries, on time for appointments and the work quality was par none. I have found my HVAC guy for any future work. Thank you Adams.

I called Adams on a Sunday evening after hours to request service the next day. Robert called me right after 8 am and arranged for someone to cone out at my convenience. The tech was there approx 20 mins late but that was not an issue at all. The gentleman found the issue of a loose wire right away and then thoroughly cleaned and checked the system, measure the output and recharged the system. He was there for 1 hour and everything is working perfectly. He gave us some helpful tips as well. The charge was a little higher than I expected but he did a great job and spent quality time so it was worth it for the peace of mind. I would definitely hire the company again.

It was good. They showed up at the time they were supposed to and they were courteous. They also explained everything. They got the job done in about one hour. The scheduling was fine and I had no problems.

I am extremely happy with the prompt and professional service we received from Adams Heating & Cooling. Josh was not fazed by the large mouse nest in out AC unit. He also gave me sound advice about which replacement part was good enough due to the age of the unit. He did not try to sell me up, even though it was a humid hot day. I would gladly recommend Adams Heating & Cooling.

Had a little problem finding suitable weather to do the maintenance, but all was fine in the end.

Rained might have issue with caulk on chimney for furnace but they promised to come back if it's an issue.
