Description of Work: The company itself rates a definite A. They are honest accurate in their estimates quick to respond And quick to do the job that they do. I have no problems with Adams heating. My problem is with business in general. For instance when you take your car into a mechanic, they do the job you requested and also look for other problems that may exist. They then let you know what they found and give you an estimate as to how much more your bill will be. That is what I would like to see in other businesses. I realize that service calls make up for a large part of your business, but when you have already received over 400 dollars on repair I don't think it would hurt to take a few minutes to double check to see if there might be any other small fix it that could be done while you are already in the home

Description of Work: Came over and inspected our furnace for the winter. Everything looked good, but a couple weeks later we woke up to a freezing cold house. Called Adams, and they had someone there in an hour's time, and got the furnace working. They were very prompt and professional.

Description of Work: Was not given a bill after initial service. A follow up for Extra repairs was needed, but got no follow up. After repeated calls, Owner came out to double check needs, but more than a month later, we still didn't hear back from him as to costs of repairs.
