Description of Work: Our furnace stopped working during a very cold stretch. Adams was very busy, like others, and they were unable to help us. It appeared they were unprepared to handle the large call volume and seemed slightly annoyed that so many people were needing service.

Description of Work: "They installed a hot air vent to my kitchen that was added on with no heat |duct. They had a ways to go through crawl space and had to add a fan to force the air through. So far it works great. I would reccomend them to any one. They have been in business for yrs. and they are family owned. |Family owned business are the way to go.Because they treat you as their own."
