Very well...very responsible, promptly returned phone calls, and very professional; everything flowed good; all the subs were great to work with and provided an excellent service. they provide excellent suggestions too. we completed the project ahead of schedule too and within budget. we would definitely recommend them...great group of guys..Jim, Tom and John and all the subs were very accommodating. We plan to use them again.

We couldn't be more pleased with the work performed by New Image (Tom & John) and all of their subcontractors. In any project just as ours, there are always some unknowns due to conditions that are exposed as part of the demolition and there are always decisions that have to be made on the best solution for each situation. Tom made sure we were aware of each of these decisions points and discussed the alternatives allowing us to reach a consensus at each step. While the changes in scope were minimal during the project we were always confident that the best choices were made. The workmanship was outstanding and the quality of the New Image crew and the subcontractors was most impressive. Our basement is now warmer than the rest of the house and what is equally important is we know everything was done properly. Tom kept the project moving through the holiday season and all the work was completed in a very timely manner. Peace of mind is hard to find in today's world, but we can unequivocally recommend New Image. We would hire them again without a moment's hesitation.

Right from the first call to this office everything was smooth, prompt and efficient. Jim came to our house for the quote within a couple of days of our 1st call. He listened to our questions and wants then gave us an estimate. It was reasonable and the work was begun about 1 week later and was finished within 3 days (relocation of outlets and phone jack included). the third day was just to do a second coating of mud. The 3 guys that did the work were also very professional and efficient. We are now enjoying the job that was done!

I will hire them in a minute when I have additional remodeling to do. They are professional but friendly, on time, creative, excellent at their job, and easy to work with. We had some unexpected issues and added expense, which they worked to ensure (the added expense) was as low as possible. I am so pleased!

These guys went above and beyond. Most guys walk around and just give an estimate. They were able to provide really great ideas that I agreed on. Everything flowed so well and was absolutely flawless. I will definitely have them back in the future if I decide on doing more work. They cleaned up really great as well, they didn't leave anything. I've had work done in the past before and have usually had to have them come back, they walked me through everything that they did to make sure if I was fully satisfied. I definitely am. They are great.

Used New Image Remodeling for kitchen remodeling. Everything went as planned. They were on time. The work was beautiful. They were very neat and clean. They are very trustworthy I would say.

It went very well. We called them knowing that this would be considered a small job as compared with some form of interior or exterior remodel job. We spoke with Tom and he was very nice to tell us up front that they would be willing to take it on but that it would take a little time based on their current project load. That was alright with us and you can tell that the project was completed in a professional manner based on the way the door opens and closes and the external caulking work. No issues on this one and we hope to give them a call with the next project on our list.

Perfectly. I got the quote in April and the windows were installed in May. They look great! This was the 3rd job I've had New Image Remodelling do for us. Four years ago they remodeled our entryway & bath to make them more handicap accessible. The work was perfect! Best of all, they listen to your ideas instead of just doing a "typical, run of the mill job". That's what has me hooked on them.

They arrived on time and did exactly what I had requested. Very talented and experienced crew. Tom and John do very high quality work...I would certainly use them again.

Fine. Lots of conversations to make sure details about products was accurate . I needs t kep a eye on details a bit more than I should have, but it worked out alright and the bathroom is beautiful.

- Came on time as promised, - where careful in their work, used plenty of spread clothes on the area they were working on. - cleaned up nicely after themselves. - made it possible for me to use my old window blind, covering all five windows. - did not bring radio to blare loud music while they worked. - were just all around nice guys to talk to.

Jim came for a consultation. We had a fairly long meeting about the project, an extensive bath remodeling. He said he would get us a quote but never did. No follow-up, no explanation, nothing. We found a much more responsive contractor and we're happy.

They did an excellent job. Jim was great to work with. He was very thorough, conscientious, experienced, and professional. The quality of the work was very good and we are delighted with the finished product. Jim has good relationships with talented carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians that he was able to schedule at just the right times, so that the work was done as planned and on time. Jim is an honest person, who communicates well, and is very easy to work with. This was our vacation house, so we weren't there while much of the work was being done. However, we knew we could trust Jim and his workmen, so it was relatively stress-free. I would recommend New Image Remodeling without reservation.

They did a wonderful job and completed the job in 2 days. I would recommend New Image to everyone. It was a great experience working with Jim and the crew. They will also be doing insulation in my attic and I have confidence that they will doing a good job on that too.

It went well. There were a couple of issues based on sub-contractors schedule availability. They would have something planned one day and the sub-contractor would show up early. All-in-all, it was a good experience and they did a fabulous job.

The experience was pleasant. The extension jams were not accounted for in the quote, so it ended up costing a little more money. The guys were professional and ended up doing a great job.

When my daughter's house was broken into we needed a professional contractor and needed the word to be completed as fast as possible. Her entry doors we completely broken. Tom responded the same day, was prompt, courteous, professional, and the work was performed professionally. I would highly recommend New Image Remodeling. The entire group were very professional and courteous and understanding of my wishes and desires. The project progressed in a timely manner with emphasis on details that make the finished project look like it has be here for years. The over all appearance greatly enhances the entire outside structure and I have received many compliments from the neighbors. I would definitely pass on New Image Remodeling as a wonderful organization to deal. They have years of experience and are capable of providing quality work in a professional and timely manner.

It went very well. The owner came out promptly to give me an estimate when I first called. The work was done several weeks later. The carpenters were very polite, pleasant and knew what they were doing. They were on time and completed the job in two days. It would have been a one day project except for the brick cutter being held up at another job. They cleaned up the job site thoroughly and even put the awning back up for me, which I appreciated. The door is great looking, very sturdy and well installed. The same is true for the stairs going down to the porch. I am very happy with this job and definitely will call them again in the future.

They are a local company. They did a real good job. They did it fairly fast and it looks real good. I am real happy with the job. I called them Friday and they showed up on Monday. They have done other work in the past for neighbors and other people that I have seen in my old neighborhood and they did an excellent job.

They are exceptional and the best I have seen in a long time. I like their exceptional quality and the fact that they stick to their bid. They discuss any little change the day before they do it and their plans are very detailed. They work with all American companies. The clean up well and cover things leaving very little mess. They have been around for a long time. They have given me quite a few recommendations. In a business which can be a little touchy from time to time they were the best. They included extra work for the price I paid. I would use them again in the future.

The quoted price was good. They were on time and responsive. We plan to use them in the future.

I had an emergency drywall incident and New Image saved us. I put 4 separate calls into different contractors and Jim at New Image called me back within a half hour. None of the others called me back. Maybe due to it being opening day of deer hunting. I needed my back splash in my kitchen prepped the next day due to the fact I had other contractors scheduled on Friday to install our countertop and a new back splash the day after that. My husband and I took off our old back splash and caused more damage than we had planned. The owner (Jim) called me back right away and was very nice and accommodating. He told me he would call me back in a few minutes after he checked with his drywaller. He called me back right away and his drywall guy came to my house the next morning. The drywall guy was very nice as well. He went above and beyond what I had planned on. He did a more than adequate job in order for our back splash to be installed. He spent at least 2.5 hours repairing and prepping. He cleaned up so well it was like we hadn't had a worker in our house. The most impressive thing is when Jim originally quoted me on the phone he said $250.00. He called me after his drywall guy Tim was done that afternoon and said he was only going to charge us $195.00 because the job did not entail what they had originally thought. This is a great company with very nice people who do great work!!! I will definitely call them again.

I was highly impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. When we signed the contract, they were able to start the process the very next week. We were given the place to go for picking out the flooring that had a great selection. Also they suggested the brand of paint for us to pick out the colors. We were very pleased to see the results when the floors were done and the walls painted. The walls and flooring are absolutely beautiful. It made a total difference in the house. I would definitely use them again. All in all = very happy.
