I had an emergency drywall incident and New Image saved us. I put 4 separate calls into different contractors and Jim at New Image called me back within a half hour. None of the others called me back. Maybe due to it being opening day of deer hunting. I needed my back splash in my kitchen prepped the next day due to the fact I had other contractors scheduled on Friday to install our countertop and a new back splash the day after that. My husband and I took off our old back splash and caused more damage than we had planned. The owner (Jim) called me back right away and was very nice and accommodating. He told me he would call me back in a few minutes after he checked with his drywaller. He called me back right away and his drywall guy came to my house the next morning. The drywall guy was very nice as well. He went above and beyond what I had planned on. He did a more than adequate job in order for our back splash to be installed. He spent at least 2.5 hours repairing and prepping. He cleaned up so well it was like we hadn't had a worker in our house. The most impressive thing is when Jim originally quoted me on the phone he said $250.00. He called me after his drywall guy Tim was done that afternoon and said he was only going to charge us $195.00 because the job did not entail what they had originally thought. This is a great company with very nice people who do great work!!! I will definitely call them again.

I was highly impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. When we signed the contract, they were able to start the process the very next week. We were given the place to go for picking out the flooring that had a great selection. Also they suggested the brand of paint for us to pick out the colors. We were very pleased to see the results when the floors were done and the walls painted. The walls and flooring are absolutely beautiful. It made a total difference in the house. I would definitely use them again. All in all = very happy.

Jim Henduksum of New Imaging Remodeling was easy & very pleasant indeed with. The work was beautifully done. I am much pleased.

New Image planned the project from start to finish. Minor adjustments were made and handled very professionally. I felt particularly comfortable with the entire project.

Went very well. The flat roof area had been "repaired " 2 yrs. ago, but the repair was not done correctly, as the flat rood sagged in the middle and water collected and leaked into the walls. The company that did the repair work has since gone out of business. Adam the roof guy did an excellent job, removed the failed flat roof repair, put heavyweight rubber sealing material down & sealed it, and actually reconfigured the roof so it slopes and doesn't collect water. That part of the job was about $1600. The plaster job turned out more complicated because when the old plaster was removed furry mold was found on the wall. Portions of the wood also were wet, and had to be removed/replaced. New drywall was put up over more than half of the wall, and the ceiling was repaired/ replastered. The work was done efficiently, professionally, and looks great. Jim (the drywall guy) was great, as was his boss Jim. I am very pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend them.

John & Tom are very fine craftsmen, & very exact & timely. Jim is careful in explaining & keeping track of the progress.

NEW IMAGE REMODELING New Image Remodeling, were fine, I didn't go with them only because, I didn't need them at the time. They were professional.

Overall I rate these guys as EXTRA professional and concerned with their performance. They wanted to be sure that I was happy with the finished look both inside and out and took the time to go into detail exactly what was done and why they needed to do the extra finishing. Both my husband and myself were VERY impressed with the quality of service, support and finished work! If we have need of remodeling help in future, we will be calling them!

Everything went excellent. Overall the work was very good and I have no complaints. I would use this company again.

This was a big project. They worked quickly and efficiently, always having the subcontractors there on time. One thing moved right through to the next. The addition is built good and stout and finished extremely well. We are very happy with this company. We had them back for many other small jobs later. We later had some trouble with leaking from ice damming and they came back out. The leaks were NOT the fault of NEW IMAGE REMODELING but were still coming from the old house part. Nonetheless they helped put it right and even took some responsibility for it though I'm not sure they should have. Always good communication and respect. Nice guys too.
