Description of Work: I contacted Eric to obtain a quote for 10 in of fiberglass blown-in insulation. He was prompt and knowledgable. He noticed excessive condensation on my windows and shut-off my humidifier, putting an end to this problem as part of his free estimate. I did not hire VanderLaan due to budget limitations.

Great!
Description of Work: We had most of our windows replaced on our upper level and basement back on 10/29/07. We noticed a moisture problem on the lower corners of the windows a few months ago. I called them to come out and take a look at it. They ended up taking out most of the windows and re-insulating and re-caulking then reinstalling all the windows at no charge since they were under warranty. Very honest company that stands behind their work!

Work went very well.
Description of Work: They replaced 4 sliding windows and added insulation to the ceiling. Very honest, & professional. Quality of the windows is excellent.
