When I called, Brad was very helpful and provided an estimate right away. I had some furniture and two pieces of exercise equipment removed and wanted them donated to charity where possible, and so the fact that this company did this by practice was a plus. I was quoted for a 1/4-truck load and it included a $30 discount for Angie's List members, and the price did not change when the work was done. The work was scheduled at my convenience for two days later and the guys arrived right on time. They were courteous and professional and the items were removed very quickly, including the ungainly exercise equipment which had to be brought up out of the basement. Great experience all around.

Company scheduled service 1 day after I sent inquiry through Angie's list. The crew was very prompt and after I showed them what was to be hauled away, they got right to work. Quoted price before starting job and before I knew it they were finished! Service was fast and professional. Will certainly use them again.

Gave us an estimate over the phone, and stuck to that price when work was done. Even asked us if we were Angie's List members so that they could give us a discount. They arrived exactly when scheduled, and were very pleasant and friendly. The work was done efficiently and professionally. They cleaned up all debris and were very careful about not damaging anything or making a mess. They also took another small item that was not included in estimate at no additional charge. We are extremely satisfied and grateful to be rid of our hot tub time machine.

The guys from Chuck It were amazing. Not only were they able to come out the day after I called them, they were punctual and did a great job. The old projection TV in my basement weighed several hundred pounds and when they were not able to get it up the stairs in 1 piece, they disassembled it and took it out that way. Despite the hassle of the TV size, they only charged a $15 surcharge for the hazardous waste disposal fee. I can't say enough good things about my experience with them and will definitely call on them again for any other removal projects I may have.

They did a great job. They were able to come out right away after I talked to them about scheduling. They advised me about some items that contained mercury and that it would be cheaper for me to take them up to Best Buy to recycle instead, which was a great tip. He did have the crew put those items in my car for me so I didn't have to do the heavy lifting. Everyone was very polite and organized. They also showed up right on time.

I budgeted an hour; they took about 15 minutes. The haulers were friendly, quick, professional. The whole process was painless. I would absolutely recommend them.

Brad (the owner) and Adam showed up on time and were friendly and professional. I threw them a curve ball, asking if they possibly take a sofa I hadn't mentioned when we set up the appointment. They took extra time and made space in their truck to accommodate this last minute request. Everything was moved carefully, with consideration for my home. They even removed the plunger from a door in order to open it more widely and made sure to replace it before they left. Because of the extra sofa, the costs were slightly higher than we had discussed, but I expected that. The price was quite reasonable for the amount of stuff they hauled away and the service was wonderful! I plan on having them come back again for additional items as we continue to clean out unwanted items. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing junk removed.

Guys arrived promptly on schedule, we very friendly and courteous. I was more than pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and also their billing procedure. Everything went much better than expected.

I called for an appointment, which they were able to arrange for the very next day (a Saturday no less!). They gave me a 30-minute window for the crew to arrive. The two workers showed up exactly on time, were extremely friendly and professional and took care of the job efficiently and very carefully (no scrapes, scratches or dents in the walls--miraculous given the size of the equipment and narrow dimensions of the hallway!). I couldn't have been happier and fully endorse the praise Chuck it has received from Angie's List reviewers!

I purchased a deal for this vendor and they were responsive and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The Angie's List deal did not fully cover the size of the pile I had (which I figured would be the case) and I knew that I would need to pay more for the job. They worked out the total price very fairly and I was pleased by how it was handled. They arrived in the time specified and completely cleared the pile with no issues. There wasn't even any debris whatsoever left behind. I found this company very easy to work with, prompt, courteous, and they did a super job. It was a great way to get rid of a pile of junk.

Time of arrival was to be between 1-2. They arrived at 1:10. I had ordered a full truck service, they wanted me to go over all that I wanted removed just to be sure it would indeed be a full truck load--they didn't want to over charge me. The guys were AWESOME. Worked their tails off! Some of my very old furniture was quite heavy and very wide and there were stairs to deal with. When they were done they had me walk around with them to be sure I was happy (I had way more than one truck full so I had designated in order of importance. While I signed and paid the one guy they other guy was sweeping out my garage! Definitely worth the money saving my back (and not asking friends for help). Super impressed with the courteous and helpful workers.

Chuck and his crew were professional,courteous and arrived at the time discussed. The circa 1950's fridge was very heavy but they moved it through a narrow doorway and down a long flight of stairs without a scratch or mark anywhere. Same for the stove. Would definitely use them again.

What can I say, the crew showed up on time and hauled everything away without a complaint! I highly recommend these guys because the price was very reasonable (less than the 800 guys), they worked around my schedule, and they made sure nothing in the house was damaged (eg we have wood floor throughout our house and not a scratch).

I contacted Brad to remove trash from an abandoned house I was cleaning out. He was extremely accommodating with my schedule and was able to fit me in exactly when I needed him. A few days before the appointment, he sent me an e-mail confirming the date. When I had to cancel, he was very professional and courteous. I would definitely use his services in the future.
