Customer service is outstanding. The owner, Brad Abbott, is very fair as to his pricing. Unlike other companies that charge a minimum for full loads, Chuck It Junk Removal charges by the fraction of a load. As a female customer, I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of Brad and Gordon and Joe (the workmen)--this was a matter of hiring someone to lift things that I couldn't carry. Fair pricing--ask for the Angie's list discount! Would use again in a heartbeat.

Perfect. It could NOT have been better. The guys showed up on time and got right to work. They are amazing. They are professional but nice and helpful. I never dreamed the process could go so smoothly and quickly. I thought it would be an all day operation and they were done within a couple of hours!! They moved heavy items like treadmill, exercise bike, washer, dryer as well as so many misc items....and never left a dent or a mark on the wall! Incredible. Thanks to them I have a much more organized house.....but I might need them in another few months to get a few more things!!

They were on time getting to my place and I showed them what I wanted them to take. They removed all items and placed them on my lower deck and from there they brought them into the truck. The two men were very courteous, efficient, knew what they had to do and it was all done in a timely manner. I certainly would use this company again and recommend it to anyone needing these services.

GREAT JOB!! Would definitely hire again. Due to an employee illness - Brad, the owner - came as one of the 2 workers. He and Josh worked 3 solid hours removing the items that weren't going to our new house and accumulated in the 37 years we lived here. Rather than paying any type of hourly fee you pay strictly based on the volume (not weight) of material removed (basically how full their truck is when job is complete). Since you don't pay an hourly labor charge you don't need to worry about slack workers however an unethical operator may not load their truck very efficiently so your stuff takes more volume and the fee will be higher - not with Chuck It Junk Removal. Brad and Josh worked very hard to pack the load very efficiently and ended up with only filling the truck 7/8 full and I was initially concerned that I would have over a full truck load. If you have stuff to get rid off I strongly recommend you give these guys a call.

Great! NO problems two young men carried out the TVs and Stand without an issue. Yes, will hire again for more "cleaning" of unused treasurers! They re-cycle items as well.

They were excellent! I called Brad on the afternoon of 6/20/16 and he drove right out and gave me an estimate. They arrived on time on 6/21/16 and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the debris and hauling it away. I was very surprised to see that they did not leave a single leaf or small twig on the ground when they finished cleaning up the huge pile that I had created for them. I would happily recommend and use Chuck It Junk Removal Service again!

I called that morning and left a message that I needed someone to haul away all the junk on our driveway from our kitchen remodel. I got a call back right away and they were actually going to be in the area so they came that afternoon and picked up the old cabinets, countertops etc. They gave me a reasonable quote and did a great job! I will definitely use them again as we continue the remodel on our home.
