It went well. The owner Brad was very responsive- in fact he e-mailed me @ 6 a.m.one day. The men that showed up - Lincoln & Kevin, were very personable and courteous. I will use them again!

Company was prompt, but my deck was damaged in the process. Owner did react quickly and very professionally. Not his fault personally, young employee made a mistake. My deck issue was resolved to my satisfaction, and I would use them again in the future. Sometimes it's how a company responds to a situation that shows what kind of company they are. In this case , I would say Chuck it is a trustworthy and responsible company. I recommend them for your removals.

Brad and his crew arrived earlier then their stated time and got right to work. They were one of the most through professional services crews I have had the pleasure to do business with. The demo went well and the removal left not a trace of the old shed or parts. Besides the missing shed you couldn't even tell that they had been there., no mess or spec left. Brad was quick to respond to my emails and I was able to set up everything through email, essential for some that works midnights. Their quote was competitive with others and I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends and use them again in the future.

Excellent communication, I received a quick response once I had purchased the 'deal' by email. I provided my phone number and shortly thereafter a friendly gentleman called to schedule a date. They were super accommodating, scheduling around my appointments and time frame. I received an advance call to remind me of the appointment prior to the date agreed upon and the truck arrived a few minutes early for our appointment. The two young men were friendly and professional and really went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. As we weren't exactly sure what would fit in the included special, we asked for them to load only what would be included and to provide us with an estimate for the remainder for a later pick up, which they did. They were very generous with their time, never rushing us or making us feel pressured. They also went above and beyond the call of duty by helping my husband remove the trash bags covering the remaining household and construction debris the previous owners had left behind. Will definitely use again!

The team showed up with a crew of very eager and professional team members. They were very polite and efficient. We could not have asked for more. They even broke down cabinets so they could fit more into the truck.

Perfect! Brad was great in explaining pricing and meeting my schedule. Kevin, Matt, and Lincoln arrived on time and were personable and helpful. I needed to get rid of so much stuff--a room full of oversized furniture and 10 years of household items--that I had prioritized because I didn't think everything would all fit in a single truckload. They packed the truck so efficiently that not only did they take the essentials, they fit in a number of bags, boxes, and smaller furniture that I had planned to take to the dump myself, as well as an assortment of yard and garage debris for which I'd planned to schedule a second small pickup. Ten years of basement clutter and a family room full of oversized furniture disappeared in an hour and fifteen minutes. I've previously had furniture removed via someone from Craigs List and a basement full of old paneling hauled away by another firm, and and dragged stuff to Recycle Ann Arbor facilities (and paid the city's ridiculous fees), This was 10 times better.

Arrived on time, provided initial estimate and got to work right away. Performed the job efficiently and were very careful not to damage walls etc. Communicated with me as changes in scope occurred and explained the costs accurately. I would highly recommend Lincoln, Jason and Chuck It to anyone who needs this type of work!

I used the deal offered at Angie's list. I heard back from the company the next day by email and a phone call. Junk was removed the same day and the service was excellent. Very professional. Highly recommended. I plan to use their services again when we are doing basement clean up.

It was a little more but he left a coupon for $25 or $50 off. He said since we used his service, he told us to keep this coupon for the next time so he was good.

They did a very good job. I liked that they were on time and they didn't leave a mess when they finished. They cleaned up. I have no complaints.

This is the second time I have used this company and I do recommend them. They respond quickly and showed up at the designated time. Both times they were very good about removing all items and making sure the area is left clean. I also like that they will take better quality items and try to utilize them instead of just sending them to the landfill. If I end up doing another home project, I will most certainly use them to remove the debris.

Brad, Lincoln and two hard working crew members were polite, very hard working an got the job done. If you got junk to be removed these guys are the ones.

The two men who provided the service were on time (actually called to see if they could come early, yay!), they were very polite, professional and fast. They were careful not to dirty or damage the house. They knew how to pack that junk into the truck to maximum capacity which helped keep the price down. These guys are great.

Awesome and simple for me! Lincoln and Sawyer were friendly, polite, and very hard-working. They were wonderful and the job was completed in no time. I would highly recommend this company for any areas you need emptied. I also used them 2 years ago, when I administered my cousin's estate. He had been a smoker, and there was quite a bit of furniture and clothing that was inundated with cigarette smoke. I hired this company then, and they did a fantastic job then also. Great company, great employees!

Excellent. A good experience. Setup the details via phone, provider called in morning before coming out (as I requested), showed up right at the start of their scheduled work window, loaded everything up. I was worried, in that I had a couple of chairs and some other odd sized items, but the guys looked at it and said "yeah, that all fits in". Loading was done in 10 minutes.

This is the second time I have used this company to haul away items to large for the normal refuse pick up. The first time was a very large oak computer hutch then today was the projection tv. Both time the gentlmen who came were extremely polite and punctual. They were also very careful about removing the items from the home.

Awesome!!!! Brad was very professional and willing to accommodate. Wanted things removed today and made other arrangements in their scheduled to provide services. Techs were Lincoln and Kevin. They were fantastic!!!! Lincoln called and told me they were running a little behind. When they arrived, apologized for delay. Got everything in that I asked them to. Very polite. Our realtor was with us while these two young men worked and asked for their cards to give to his clients who may need services. Great, from start to finish! Brad gave me a good idea of the cost over the phone. I expressed concern about he and his crew tracking in any dirt, since we just had the carpet cleaned and the new owners are moving in soon. I also expressed concern about any nicks they might put in the walls moving furniture, as the home had just been freshly painted. Brad included floor protection in the cost and the time for the job, and he reassured me that they were always very careful not to damage the home at all. As it turned out, they didn't need the floor protection, as they removed their work boots inside and did not track in anything. I didn't notice any wall or woodwork nicks; they were extremely careful moving the furniture. The load included a couple of beds, a couple of dressers, two couches, a loveseat, two large easy chairs, an ottoman, a small desk, a long folding table, small filing cabinet, a couple of small desk chairs, several lamps and end tables, a large outdoor grill, patio table and chairs, as well as three shelves stuffed full of miscellaneous household items and several items stacked in front of the shelves. Brad had initially intended to bring two trucks, but one of his drivers was sick, so he had to make two trips. Even with a trip in between to donate furniture and empty the truck, he and his assistant were done within three hours. They did a great job and we couldn't be happier with the result.
