From the time I called Brad, he was responsive and clear. He talked over my needs, explained that it would probably cost more than the "big deal" (I needed more space than the deal covered, but I knew that ahead of time and was fine with it, but appreciated his being very upfront about that from the beginning). He arrived directly on time, gave me some tips about things, did the work neatly and promptly, asked if I wanted to be on his newslist and I said yes, and I have received useful tips from him since (but not frequently - I think this is a monthly newsletter - I appreciate not receiving a lot of mail/emails). He was completely professional and I was delighted to work with him. I'd hire him any time!

I called and spoke with Brad the owner after buying a discount junk hauling coupon on Angie's List website. I scheduled to have him come and pick up an old ping pong table from our house. He was very responsive and was able to pick it up the same afternoon. He called and left a voicemail message as well as a text, with a picture showing that the ping pong table had been picked up. Great guy, I would definitely you them again.

They were amazing. I called them and they gave a great response. They offered a reasonable price. I got a follow up call then we set an appointment and confirmation. Everything was done in a nicely dealing manner.

I had to clean out 20 yrs of junk in the garage because of the need to find where water was coming in whenever it rained. I checked Angie's List and was very pleased with the comments regarding "Chuck It". I called the company number, left a message and the owner, Brad, returned my call within the hour. The pick-up time was set for 2 days later. Unfortunately, it had poured rain for those 2 days before the pick up, and the garage was flooded. I got as much water out as possible, but the worst of it was where all the junk was piled up. Brad and his 2 man crew came right on time. They were very nice, polite and professional. Brad (and Josh) drew up an estimate, which was calculated from two different 'coupons'. The guys started with a no-nonsense approach and got everything out in 25 minutes. They even disconnect a large old vice that was bolted to a counter, and shoveled the mud that had collected from the recent rains, into a large bucket and put it on their truck! Overall, a truly outstanding job! Brad even did a personal-professional favor, which really, really helped me out.

The Chuck It! crew arrived on time and introduced themselves. Brad and his team were friendly and professional. The items we were getting rid of were in 3 places - garage, main floor, and basement. Brad confirmed the estimate based on actual items being removed and the removal process was quick and efficient. They were careful not to damage wall or floors while removing large items. Brad also gave me a flyer regarding the county's toxic waste drop-site schedule if we had household chemicals for disposal before the move. Everything went smoothly -- no surprises or hidden charges! I would definitely use this company again and would recommend it for anyone needing to "dejunk" their basement, garage, or whole house.

From the appointment schedule and estimate with Brad, to the actual removal of the trash by the two Jasons, this was a seamless and very positive experience. Everyone was so courteous and I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone. What a pleasure - thank you!

I got 2 other estimates from Angies list. and Chuck It had the best price by far. I emailed my request for a quote and received an answer the same day. I set up a time for removal and received a reminder call the previous day. Jason and Jason were prompt, careful and swept my floor on their way out. I highly recommend Chuck It.

I contracted with Chuck It Junk Removal to take away accumulated junk, old furniture, and other unused items from my home and a storage rental near my home. The three guys were very professional, prompt and worked quickly. They removed nearly two full truckloads of debris; they even disassembled an old basketball goal. I am very pleased with all aspects of my experience and interaction with the Chuck It team. I highly recommend them and I will certainly use them again. Two Thumbs Up!

I talked to Brad over the phone and described that I was moving and had about 20yards of trash to be removed from my house. Brad gave me the estimate over the phone. We set an appointment for the next week. Brad and Travis came on time. Removed all the trash, quickly. Brad is an great guy and would have no reservation in recommending him. He is honest and dependable.

Called Brad on Wednesday - he gave rough cost estimate from my description. Brad and 1 other man came the next day exactly on time. They worked non- stop for 3 hours making several trips with a wheelbarrow to and from our back yard. They did all the work. As their ad says - you point, we remove. Great service!
