The guys arrived right on time. They asked where and what I wanted them to remove the junk and did so without any question. My junk even exceeded the 1/4 truck load a little bit, but they still kept it at the price for the Big Deal, which was $77. I took their card, because I know I'll use them again come spring time.

They were very nice, had to take frame off doorwall to remove treadmill. took it off, removed the treadmill, and put it back as they found it. Very neat and professional. Would definitely use them again.

I called, talked with the owner and he gave me a rough estimate over the phone. When he & his partner showed up, they gave me the same estimate. Cleared everything I wanted, took a couple more items from basement and cleaned up all the mess quite nicely, It was a dirty filthy job. They were "Excellent!" Honest, hard working, thorough and extremely professional. Excellent!!

All contact was polite and prompt. Initial estimate was final cost even after adding in a couple items I forgot to mention. The truck was about 10 or 15 minutes late to arrive, but driver called me well in advance to let me know they were stuck in traffic. Driver and assistant were polite, efficient and quick.

They were very willing to take all of our old junk, loaded it and hauled it away. They were very courteous and efficient. It was an excellent service at a reasonable price. We would certainly use them again and highly recommend them

On time, polite, and even urged us to find more refuse to carry away to get complete value of the service. For the same price, they also hauled away 6 landscape timbers. Couldn't have been more satisfied with professionalism of two haulers, and their work on our behalf.

Came on time, worked quickly and encouraged me to add more stuff.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was just fine. They were very quick and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. Both times we had them come out the people were very respectful and nice. We spent additional monies for way more than the cubic yard for the junk that the deal provided. The price was pretty competitive because we called around.

The two young men arrived on time, introduced themselves, and gave me an estimate. Then they went to work, and they really worked hard moving things on a very hot day. They did not complain. Both men were courteous and respectful. I trusted them. They bagged the things that were left in a pile, and nothing was left to chance. They were methodical and organized. They even swept the garage when they finished. I would hire them again without hesitation, and I recommend this company highly.

It was OK. It ended up not being nearly as much junk as I had hoped, but they did a good job of what they took. They were prompt. Whenever I called, they came out within a week. They seemed very friendly, very efficient. The only problem was that for anything else that I wanted them to haul away, it was going to cost quite a bit more. I'm not sure if I would use them again, because there is a local company too and I like to use local companies when I can.

Excellent!!! Arrived on time, were very friendly, yet professional. Managed to squeeze EVERYTHING on the truck. They were very careful not to bang any of the walls, while moving things. I was very, very impressed. They actually charged me less than I was quoted.I would use this company again, and highly recommend to others!

They came on time and removed the unwanted items efficiently. They even cleaned up the dust in the garage after they moved the iron cabinet. In fact, I had to call them back again because I forgot to ask them to remove another few broken pieces from an old desk. The owner is very nice to schedule another appointment right away. I'm really pleased with their service. I purchased their coupon for $77, and I paid another $162 after another discount of $30 for the total removal.

They didn't have a lot of room for junk, and they were not flexible with upgrading the service.

It went really well. I bought the BIG deal they offered. There were limitations as always to these deals, but they were willing to work within those to accommodate my needs. The cost was more than the offer, but then again I had more than than the offer parameters. They were also kind enough to offer a discount on the overage given my membership with Angie's list. The crew of two showed up on time, saw everything I needed moved and did it without delay or complaint (I had some rather nasty rotted railroad ties in the backyard). I would use them again in a second!

They were friendly, punctual, and flexible. They were also very conscientious about cleaning up the smaller debris on the site and cheerfully accommodated my request to throw another piece of junk onto their truck even though it was not in the original quote. The final cost was a good deal more than I had paid for the Big Deal, but that was no doubt a result of my own inexperience in estimating the quantity to be picked up.

It was good. They couldn't have done better at anything. They were professional, they were early, nice guys, clean cut, they did a good job. I was very happy with them.

The two workers were prompt and considerate. The job was accomplished within no time and they cleaned-up the patio afterward. We were very pleased to have found them on Angie's List.

It went exceptionally well. I called Brad when I saw the "big deal" on Angie's List, which wasn't until 10PM on a Sunday night. He returned my call first thing Monday morning and we discussed the work that needed to be done. He gave me a phone estimate based on what I told him, and scheduled the job for noon on Wednesday. I told him that I would not be home as I work during the day, but everything that needed to be removed was in the backyard so it was not a problem. On Tuesday evening, I called Brad with a couple more questions that I had. I was not expecting a response as it was 9PM when I called, but to my pleasant surprise, Brad returned my call within 30 minutes. I certainly appreciate his willingness to work with me after hours, even tough he definitely did not have to. Shortly after our conversation, I sent him pictures of the work that I needed done, just to ensure that everything went smoothly when his crew arrived the next day and they knew what to expect. Once Brad looked over the photos, he informed me that the job appeared to be bigger than what he expected based on our first conversation. He said that he would call me when his crew arrived the next day to confirm the cost and get my approval to proceed with the work. The crew arrived before the scheduled time, and I authorized the work by phone based on the estimate that Brad gave me. About two hours later, Brad texted me to inform me that the work was complete and included pictures of the finished result to ensure that I was satisfied. Even though I was not home while the job was being done, I was never wondering what was going on because Brad was so great at keeping my updated. They did an exceptional job cleaning up the debris from the fire, which was the part I was most concerned about. I clearly have zero sense of what two cubic yards look like, so I was unable to use the "big deal" as intended. Brad did apply the $69 credit to my invoice though, as well as a discount for being an Angie's List customer. Overall, he was very fair and flexible with the pricing. It would have cost me the same amount to rent a roll-off from our garbage company and do all of the labor myself, so I was very happy to spend the money letting someone else deal with it while I just enjoy the results!

The crew arrived within the 30-minute window that Brad specified and removed nearly a full load of junk in under 2 hours. They did a walk-through before they started to ensure they knew exactly what was supposed to go, and then did the same with me at the end to ensure the job was performed correctly. The guys even swept my garage and basement when they were done. I highly recommend Chuck It!
