Description of Work: I have used Best for many different issues, bees, ants, mice and bats. Great company! Really helped us with all our issues after buying our home! Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Checked attic space for signs of rodents. There were some mouse droppings and they placed several traps. They also informed us of potential rodent issues with new roof ridge that had been installed a year earlier. They also made a follow up call a week later. They were very professional.

Description of Work: It went well - this is the first time I have had my house sprayed for bee's ,they have been out of control the last couple of years. I do not like chemicals use on my yard etc..., but needed to get rid of the bee's. Best Pest control was very professional and I called them a week after the application because I saw some bee's. He walked me thru why I was seeing them and they looked kinda "drunk" which was the poison working. He called a couple of weeks later to check up on our house which I appreciated and its been a month and no bee's so we are happy.

Description of Work: The company came to my home to evaluate a possible " rodent" problem, as advertised in their special deal. I was informed that I had only purchased a "mouse" deal, even though their 'deal' specifically states rodents. They placed mouse poison around my home and garage, even though the problem never was mice and they found no evidence of mice. I just needed to know if squirrels or chipmunks were doing damage to my roof and maybe nesting in my attic. I feel that their deal was misleading.

Ryan and his supporting staff set the bait traps and explained to me what would take place within the next two weeks. I spoke with Mr. Ryan this morning and told him that he did an excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone that having a mice problem. | |

Description of Work: I had purchased a Big Deal from Best Pest Control, LLC on Saturday, April 18. I was contacted almost immediately by the owner - on a Saturday - who told me that the company did not service my area. He was pleasant, professional and apologetic. I said I understood and he thanked me. Were I in the service area, I would absolutely call the company, as I was treated politely and respectfully.

Description of Work: Best Pest was able to get rid of a large bee's nest we had with just one visit. They were quick to respond and came out the next day! Also said they would come back for the next 30 days for free. Prompt, professional - would highly recommend and use again.

Description of Work: We had difficulty ridding our house of fleas. Best pest control gave us advice on preparing the house for their visit. They came in and sprayed starting at the top floor and were very thorough. We met them afterward and again followed their advice. Our house and furnishings were flea free in the time they said it would take. If we are ever as unfortunate again the have any pest invasion, we will not hesitate to call them.
