Ryan is very responsive, and he and Brett, who is the tech who has come out to the house multiple times, have been great to work with. They addressed the problem and the ongoing maintenance is going really well. I absolutely recommend Best Pest Control.

Went well. Bugs are gone. Some cleanup after with residue left on tile and wood window sills. Worker took his time with explanation of process and answered all questions. Discussed additional services for lawn. Plan to use for yard also.

First, Brett spoke with me to assess the problem and discussed his approach. He then got to work and did everything in a timely and professional manner. He then explained what I should expect after he left and told me to call if I had further problems. Extremely professional and punctual. I thought the cost was reasonable for the work performed. Highly recommended.

It didn't "go" as they could not be bothered to call and schedule an appointment.

I would not repeat this service. I feel like it was not a value for what we received. I was looking for more solutions than something I could have done myself. I ended up buying some reuseable snap traps. I think this is the way to go for the future and I will not have to worry about whether my pets can access the poison bait traps.

I purchased the Big Deal in order to rid our attic of a family of squirrels, but unfortunately the Big Deal only covered rodents (FYI everyone, squirrels are considered wildlife, not rodents). Best Pest Control called me promptly after my purchase and once I told them about our issue, squirrels, they explained the difference between rodents and wildlife. Even though I did not end up using them, they were very professional and empathetic to my confusion about what the Big Deal did and did not cover. The gentleman that I spoke to did everything he could to accommodate our needs and offered to apply the Big Deal to the cost of removing the squirrels.

After calling several of the listed exterminators on Angie'l list it was nice to actually have someone answer their phone! Owner of the business took down our address and details of where the nest was located next to the house. They came out promptly the next day, found the nest treated it without our even needing to be there. We've had a couple of other yellow-jacket nests treated over the last 5-10 years by other companies and Best Pest Control were the most responsive and thorough of the 2-3 companies we've used. First treatment knocked down the adults, but we had heavy thunderstorm and new hatchlings burrowed out a new hole (bypassing the pesticide-treated one). We called up and had someone out the very next day free of charge, again not needing to be there for the treatment. I was completely satisfied with the service and responsiveness and recommend these folks if you are in SE Michigan.

Technicians Brett and Mike stopped to evaluate bee problem and provide estimate. Both were very professional and courteous. Brett explained the entire elimination process as well as their guarantee. He was right on the money; by that night a couple bees were still swarming. One day later, NOTHING! Very, very, pleased.

Caled on 08/21/15. He came out the next day, 08/22/15. Surveyed the nest, sprayed and dusted it. The next day no more bees. Good job!

I called yesterday to schedule a visit, I was sure I'd be told they could get to me sometime next week. I was stunned when Ryan told me he might be able to get to me that afternoon but definitely the next day. I got a call today (the next day), Ryan was letting me know he was on his way and would be at my house in about 20 minutes. He then called from the driveway to make sure he had the right house. Ryan was prompt, courteous, was concerned for my family's safety moving in and out of the house due to the aggravation of the nest. He's very friendly and puts you at ease immediately. Despite the fact the nest is larger than he was anticipating he stuck by his original over the phone quote. He has promised to return in 4 days if the activity level is still high at no charge. His plan was to come at night or early morning when most of them would be in the nest. How many companies will do that for you? He called back to tell me he hit the nest again on the way out and to let me know I might not have any more problems but reissued his promise to return should i still have issues. This is a VERY reputable company and I can't recommend him strongly enough if you are in need of an honest exterminator. In the current economy it pays to use a local privately owned businessperson who will stand behind their work. If I notice any more strange infestations I will use Best Pest again, without hesitation.

Ryan came out to our house exactly when he'd told me he would. Then he listened to my explanation of what pest problems we have and we discussed what he recommended doing. He was very polite and easy to deal with and answered all my questions patiently. He sent one of his team up in the attic, while another team member was outside spraying and he went into the basement to do the work. So they were prompt and did the work quickly but thoroughly. I was so happy with the work done that I will be using Ryan's company to come to my home twice a year to control the mice and ants. I'd highly recommend this company.
