Wonderful! It took a little over a week to clean (4 times) all the dog urine out of my black wool rug. They are reasonably priced for all the hard work they had to put into getting my rug back in usable condition. Everything went well. The team cleaned 1200+ sq ft area of carpet in basement, bathroom tiles in shower and floor, multiple rugs and mats as well as vinyl flooring and a sectional sofa. They were thorough, courteous and friendly. Noticed a big difference in basement not smelling dusty anymore due to extraction of dust from carpet floor. They moved items so they could clean more of the areas which was great and they didn’t rush their work. They communicated well, before, during and after they completed which helped us realize the benefit of their work. Would definitely hire again.

Mike was very helpful in the fact that he came out to our home to evaluate what needed to be done. Arthur did an AMAZING job! He was so patient and he made our carpet look excellent. He made sure we were happy with the carpet before he left and he was extremely kind. We will definitely hire this company again for any future carpet cleaning we may need!!!
