Feldpausch Cleaning Services

I left a request online for having my area rugs cleaned. Feldpausch Services responded immediately and arranged to come for an inspection the next day. I was pleased to learn that they would take the rugs out to be cleaned and that would clean for odor if they found it necessary as I have 5 pets. They removed the six rugs before they left and took them with them which gave me a chance to get my oak floors properly cleaned. The rugs were removed on Tuesday and returned Thursday afternoon - the cleaning for pet odor was largely unnecessary. The workman put the two larger rugs in place as I felt I could handle the others. I was very happy to see that the oldest rug which I bought 14 years ago looked essentially new. All of the rugs were returned clean, in good condition and free of odor. Went great! I called only a few days ahead of time and I was able to get the carpets cleaned promptly. My dog peed on the carpet and I was freaking out about stain/odor. Though, after the cleaning, there was no stain and no odor. Did a very thorough job and the carpets looked great!

The two men that came to clean were on time, called in advance, brought equipment to protect my walls and doors from cords and hoses, gave extra attention to a couple of stains, spent time informing me of specific carpet care, and were just overall friendly. They moved the furniture for me and explained every step they took to me in advance. I will definitely be having them back in the future to clean and highly recommend the company.

We hire Feldpausch Cleaning Services to do all of our carpet cleaning, every time they do a fantastic job. They are quick and efficient and super easy to work with. They were on time. Friendly and professional! We have 4 dogs, a pig and a cat that use the carpet and the couch! The guys did a great job! The carpet looked like new and the couch didn't smell like Fritos anymore 😊

The office, bedroom & spots in the basement were stained - from pets. Rescue kitten Danny got sick a lot. Servicemaster & L&N couldn't get them out. We thought Foster dog Penny only peed in the office a couple of times in the very beginning & always in the same spot. Wrong. She went to several different places. 😍 Same in our bedroom. She peed in there only once. But after she went to live with her German Shepard friend & over time the dirt gathered on those areas & they turned dark. It was embarrassing. The other cleaners sort of got them out, but you could still see them. We just figured we had to replace the carpet. These guys were terrific. They had rigid plastic barriers for all wood furniture & corners. They went through first with a pre-treat & I watched the stains in the office start to disappear! Of course, the living room carpet is newer, so that was never an issue, but the office, bedroom & basement look new. My husband saw the area rug in our living room at a roadside stand on the corner of Holmes & MLK. I have loved Kokopelli forever. There was my rug. He brought it home to me. We've never seen another carpet with Kokopelli! We have looked everywhere we travel, online, roadside places. So it's more than unique to us. It had a dirt spot several other cleaners didn't get out, so we took it to Maurers because we saw an ad for their method of area rug cleaning. They took the stiffness out of it 😡 & it came back looking grimy & still with a spot. 😠 We were sick. Honestly, these guys got it white again & you can sort of see where there was a spot when the sun shines on it, but it's more like a very light shadow. It looks brand new again. The guy was not happy he couldn't get Dannys' stains out & he worked ho*** ** them. I can barely see them, plus its in the basement. We think his kitty food was one they spray flavor onbecausez its looks like dye. He even went back over a spot in the i office that I couldnt even see. I already have them in my calendar for next Fall! 5 rooms, an area rug & 14 steps. $240. I thought - especially with all the different stained areas - that was a great price.

The gentlemen cleaned our two Ethan Allen rugs beautifully. They look like new. They called during the work to tell us about the traffic areas. They picked up and delivered the rugs. And they were polite and respectful and very responsive to our call.
