Description of Work: They came out and installed a new septic field. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves as well. It was a 2-day job, and we are very happy with the work they did.

Description of Work: We were experiencing an sewer odor in our basement and thought we might need to have our septic tank cleaned, We called Ewers prepared to have this service performed which would have cost over $200. After explaining our situation, Ewers suggested we try pouring water into our basement floor drain because our problem could be as simple as a dry trap. We poured the water in and the odor disappeared and has not returned. We would definitely call them again!

 + -1 moreThe week of my son's wedding he realized that his sewer tank needed pumping. It was an extremely busy time for him so I said I would try to find someone to do it at a reasonable cost. I checked the list and found Ewers. The lady on the phone was very helpful and professional. She called me right back, was very knowlegable on the topic and made good suggestions. The service man called when he was on his way over as we had asked giving my husband time to run over. He did not drive all over the lawn but pulled his hose into the area. He was quick and completed the job in a good timeframe. I called one day and the job was done the next.

 + -1 moreWent very well. I found and dug up the lid location as it is cheaper to do so. I called in the morning as I was hoping to get someone same day since the line was backing up into the basement (though the tank didn't end up being the reason - had someone else snake the lines afterwards). They were able to clean the tank that day. He came within 30 minutes of when they estimated and he was prompt and friendly.

 + -1 moreI called, spoke to a very nice lady, and was given an appointment the next day. The serviceman called to let me know he would be late, and apologized for it when he arrived. They located the lid easily, and pumped the tank with no problems. They also did a good job cleaning up. I asked a bunch of questions about my septic system, and he very nicely answered them in terms I could understand.

They also reassured me that I was not the only person who did not know a septic tank had to be cleaned every few years. In fact, they said for 12 years mine did not look too bad. Nice people, good fast service, good price.
Description of Work: We bought our house 12 years ago, and I never knew we needed to clean out the septic tank. I have always lived in the city and it never crossed my mind. I read in the paper that it should be done ever so many years. I checked your site and called Ewers.

 + 0 moreWE HAD A SEVERE CLOG IN OUR PIPES. THIS COMPANY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF LOCATING THE CLOG AND CLEANING OUT THE PIPES. THEY EVEN WENT ONE STEP BEYOND TO AVOID FUTURE CLOGGING OF THE PIPES. THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS VERY GOOD.
