Went well. Finished the job despite a pouring rain.

Good-always professional and do a good job.

Our appointment was scheduled for Thursday 2-7, however, they were unable to make it. They called and performed services the following morning.

We were told they would arrive between 1 and 5ish. I took that to mean they would arrive closer to 5. Well, 1,2,3,4, and 5 o'clock came and went. Just as we were about to give up on them the phone rang at 7pm. We figured that we should just let them complete the service. When they were working it became more clear why they can't pin down their appointment times. My complaint and their fix revolves around better communication between the client, the servicemen and the home office. Overall they were very nice and did a good job though.

Been using them for years, had an emergency on a Sunday and left them a message, received a call back within a few hours and they squeezed me in the next day! Awesome service and extremely knowledgeable. They even helped me over the phone by giving me tips to another issue I had unrelated to the tank being full, but the pipe exiting my house on the way to the tank had somehow broke leaking waste fluids into my basement....dug it up and repaired it with the tips they had given me.

Went well. Absolutely on time. Spent more time than others have scraping the sides with some kind of long tool. I am happy. I have paid more for less attention.

I received an email stating they do not service the Rochester area. This is despite their Holly location (30 miles away) and their website clearly stating they service "Oakland County and surrounding areas." While I understand companies are limited in their service areas, please don't advertise an incorrect service area on your website!

Ewers has provided me with great service and has answered many questions I have had about how the septic tank works. This is a family owned business and very honest about their services. They may be small but they are great to work with. They allowed me to just leave the check on the front porch and cleaned my tank while I was at work. Cleaning septic tanks is a dirty job so don't expect guys to come out in 3-piece suits. Their attire matches their job so it was hard to rate them on professionalism. All I can say is that their service is fair, honest and friendly.

I left a message and within a few minutes a lady returned my call and was very pleasant to speak with. She informed me that they would arrive between 11 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., however, they may possibly run late. Joe, the representative arrived around 3:10. Not bad with timing. He was very patient and did an outstanding job with answering all of our questions, since we are new to having a septic. He also did an excellent job cleaning the tank and making suggestions as to the length of time to have it cleaned again. Overall, we were very happy with the service Joe provided. We would use Ewers Septic again in the future.

I thought it went well till later that day when my shower and toilet started to over flow again. I knew my tank was empty. This was the first time I used this company and It will be my last. I have had tank cleaned out many times and all the other companies always stuck the hose on the pipe coming in to the tank to make sure it was clear, especially when you have a full tank. The next day I called a plumber thinking I had a clog in my pipes near the shower as it was backing up in my shower. When the plumber got here and looked, it turned out that I had some build up at the end of the pipe that goes into sepitc, it was very noticeable also. If the guy who empty my tank would of took 5 sec. and placed the hose on that pipe I would of never called a plumber and had to pay 114.00 to the plumber. I called the company to ask about it and I basically got a TO BAD. That it is up to the service guy if he feels like it is needed. If the service guy would of looked a little better and with the tank being so full he would of seen the issue. I have never had this issue before as all the companies I have used do this. I was in need of something in a hurry and they were the only company that could come out the soonest. Next time I won't be in such a hurry and wait.

The two men that came and installed our new septic tank worked up and beyond the call of duty. Removed the old small septic tank per the inspectors request and installed the new one. Leveled off the yard in that area for us. Great Job and great team!!

It went well. Came out with in 2 days of the phone call. Was prompt and friendly. Did a great job. It took approximately and hour.

I have used the services of Ewers Septic Service since 1998 and have been pleased with their service. This time I needed a repair on a tank lid. Duke did the work & was polite, & knowledgeable & explained the problem with the lid. After his other jobs were finished for the day he returned with the new lid & installed it that same evening.

This is a wonderful company to work with. This is our first dealing with a septic tank and had no idea how big our tank was or how often to have it cleaned. The woman that answered the phone was pleasant and helpful. She was able to squeeze us into their schedule for same day service. They even took the job that is not in their normal work area. The men arrived and were very pleasant and answered all of our questions. They said our tank was BAD and had been neglected by the previous owners.(not to mention us). They worked hard to get it cleaned. They carefully replaced the lids and earth. I can't say how pleased I am with the service they gave us!

It went great and they were very honest. I saved about $95 over different septic companies I had talked to. Scheduling was very easy and they had good responsiveness. I have it on my schedule to call them in April .

Uneventful. Ewers had replaced our ENTIRE septic system in 2009, and everything has been and quot;goingand quot; smoothly ever since!

I couldn't use my plumbing. I called and they squeezed me in on a Saturday around Thanksgiving. He located and opened the septic tank and drained it. He showed me what it looked like and explained things thoroughly. I paid him and then he left. I haven't had any problems since.

Making the appointment was very easy. The receptionist was helpful and provided me with two costs since I was not sure if I had one tank or two. The technician was on time and explained the process. I know the general location of the tank but not the location of the out pump and he was very competent in locating the out pump so that he only dug up the sod where minimally necessary. He also ensured that I knew where the out pump location was for future reference. Before driving his truck on our asphalt driveway, he asked for permission. The truck did not leave any marks. This was the first time we had our septic tank pumped and it went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this company.

This is my first time living in a home with septic, and the driver was very patient with my asking questions about how the system works. He was very polite, and completed the job quickly. He cleaned up the area and I would definitely use this service again.

It went very well. They showed up on time and kept the egress into the yard at a minimum. (Eliminates the deep ruts in the lawn. The thing that really impressed me was the young man that did the job took his time to out line with a straight shovel the "Dig" area and cut the grass into sections and removed it like a sod farm. When he was done pumping he backfilled the 2 holes and CAREFULLY placed the sod back on the dirt. As a result I was able to use buckets with a hose running to flood the holes and then placed plywood on top and ran over it with a lawn tractor. The next day I was able to mow it with the tractor. Other companies just left me with two lagre mounds of dirt. I really appreciate the extra effort.

They did an excellent job and their prices are fair. I will continue to hire Ewers in the future.
