Description of Work: Quite simply, Luke Bouman and his team are easy to do business with and get results. We met with a handful of very pleasant realtors before Luke (he was our last) and it was abundantly clear to us this was our guy: super professional, not sickly sweet and could back up his credentials with evidence, experience, knowledge and robust team processes. Within 30 mins of signing with him, I had contact from and appointments set up with his professional home stager and photographer. Our listing was live - and looked great - within 2 weeks (with regular contact from his team) our house went live on a Friday afternoon and Luke called me with a FULL PRICE offer on the Saturday evening! Luke sold our home and did a truly wonderful job representing our interests and managing our expectations. He is not afraid to get involved when the road ahead became a bit unclear in these uncertain times and was invaluable in helping lead and “keep the ship steady”. He persisted and got us across the finish line without any pain or frustration in the process. His team are super responsive, proactive, professional and very communicative (even in the evenings and at weekends!). We will happily recommend Luke and his wonderful team. If you’re serious about selling your home, this is your guy.

Description of Work: Luke Bouman and his team helped me through a scary process, mostly because I was not sure how selling my home worked. They walked me through every step, explaining what to and what to not do. My house sold in 4-5 days from listing. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They made every step comfortable and a breeze. I would work with them again, if I had a home to sell.

Description of Work: Great to work with the Luke Bouman Team. Selling our home went well...that was 2 years ago and then we moved away. Reason for my review at the moment is that there was a MI rebate that they realized we would qualify for that we would never have been aware of or gotten had it not been for their team. We're a $1,000 better off due to their diligence.
