Right from the beginning, we knew that our experience would be a good one. Luke explained the whole process in detail with us, and told us what to expect while going through the process of selling our home. We heard about the "LUKE BOUMAN TEAM" from friends of ours who had just sold their home through "THE LUKE BOUMAN TEAM" themselves. Their sale was very quick, as was ours. We sold our home in less than 10 days! Luke explained that he pays extra money for lots of advertising of listings. He also has a professional "staging" person to come out to your home and give you recommendations on what items to put where in your home to help your home more appealing to potential buyers of your home. They also have a professional "photographer" come out and take lots of pictures of your home, from all different angles, so, buyers can see most everything before even coming out to your property. All-n-All, this was an awesome experience! 5 stars all the way! We have already spread the word around to others who may possibly sell their homes as well. We all know, word of mouth is always the best kind of advertising. Best of all, it's free!

I had a great time working with Andrew. I was concerned that the house buying process in general would be difficult and convoluted, but it ended up being painless and I actually had fun. Andrew was great with visiting homes with me on short notice and keeping me in the loop during the next steps. He even recognized the negotiating potential of a couple of small issues in the house that I had dismissed, and got the price lowered as a result. I hope I'll be able to enjoy my home for quite some time, but I know where I'll be going in the future when the time comes.

Luke went from our open house directly to their house that day and walked through it to help them move quickly to be able to purchase our home. They sold their home quickly and were able to line up buying our home. Within a matter of hours, Luke jumped to make the deal happen and I could not recommend he and his team more. Within 2 weeks the Luke Bouman team helped us find our perfect home and lined up the closing dates. This is the level of care and grit that the Luke Bouman team are known for.
