Luke and his team are not satisfied with "just good enough." In 2010 we were moving from AZ back to MI and because of circumstances we needed to purchase a home without seeing it. Luke created a video that showed the house that we were interested in and based on that video and Luke's recommendation we bought the house and have been really happy with it. Then we told Luke that we were interested in moving to Holland, MI. Almost immediately he had a number of houses for us to walk through and then as we realized that a condo would be best he knew of a new neighborhood of condos being built in Holland and within just a few days we were talking with the people there. The experience was great. Luke was punctual, Luke was experienced, Luke knew what questions to ask, and what to look for in property. He was a pleasure to deal with. At the end of the day.... We knew what we wanted, but needed a Realtor to make all the back end process and stuff we dont know about go away. He does that remarkably well. Luke was very helpful and resourceful throughout the entire process. He found us several homes that met our needs and budget for us to tour. The home we wanted was a foreclosure which meant some extra paperwork and issues with the foreclosure company. In addition, it was part of a flood plain, so we had to look into insurance. Luke helped and guided us the entire time. He worked with us to get the house at a great price too. Even after we purchased the home we contacted Luke with questions, and he continued to be a great resource. He still continues to check in with emails and phone calls to see how our new home is doing. An added bonus is his various client appreciation events for the entire family. He truly values his clients. Luke is knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with! We would use his services again without any hesitation.
